The ideal choice for large groups of family or friends keen to explore the natural side of Tuscany, this gorgeous holiday home is laterally arranged across the 1st floor of a historic 2-story building.

The property benefits from high wood-beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors, and comprises 5 spacious, en-suite bedrooms and a spacious eat-in kitchen equipped with two sofas, a large dining table, a Moka coffee machine, an induction hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a fridge freezer.

Guests can also relax in the expansive shared living space on the ground floor that extends across 3 interconnecting rooms. This space is furnished with several sofas, dining tables and a Smart flatscreen TV. Additionally, by prior arrangement, the host can prepare a meal or breakfast for guests.

Outside visitors can take a refreshing dip in the shared outdoor pool, enjoy alfresco dining, soak up the Tuscan sun or relax with a book on the balcony.

Bedrooms 4: The 4th air-conditioned, ensuite bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a single sofa bed and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 5: The 5th air-conditioned, ensuite bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a wardrobe.

All 5 ensuite bedrooms are fitted with a shower, a bidet, a washbasin and a WC.

The property is situated in Tuscany in the beautiful Berignone Nature Reserve. A protected nature reserve of peaceful woodlands, rolling hills, clear streams, and river pools, it’s ideal for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, swimming (head to Masso delle Fanciulle), wildlife watching, and exploring historic ruins, including Castello dei Vescovi (a 40-minute hike).

There is also a great mix of interesting excursions within easy reach of the accommodation, combining history, culture, and incredible scenery. These include: the hilltop town of Volterra (a 15-minute drive), which is perfect for culture, museums, and exploring charming alleys. For a lazy beach day, visitors can head west to the sandy coast around Cecina (a 1-hour drive). Ideal for art, architecture, and food lovers, the medieval city of Siena is also a 1-hour drive away. For wine tasting and excellent gelato, guests can head to the UNESCO site of San Gimignano (a 40–50-minute drive)

The closest international airport is Pisa International Airport (PSA) – Galileo Galilei Airport, a 1-hour 15-minute drive away.
