Nestled at the heart of the Victorian seaside resort of Cromer, this stylish two-storey apartment features some fabulous outside space and extra special touches everywhere you look, just moments from the coastal walks, family-friendly beaches and unspoilt scenery making up this corner of the irresistible North Norfolk coastline.
After exploring your sandy surroundings, make your way up to the first-floor apartment via the exterior staircase to unwind on the comfy sofas in the stylish lounge boasting a trendy colour palette that perfectly reflects the vibrancy of the surrounding seaside. Answer the call of hungry tummies in the contemporary kitchen/diner by whipping up a locally sourced feast to feed the crowd seated at the breakfast bar and around the chic glass dining table. When you can’t resist the call of bedtime any longer, head upstairs to the second floor to retire to any of the three characterful bedrooms flooded with plenty of natural light and complete with a soothing colour palette. Soak up the distance sounds of the sea rolling in as you dine alfresco in the small courtyard and star gaze way past bedtime.
The coastal town of Cromer is a foodie mecca, home to Cromer crabs that you can catch yourself or sample from one of the independent restaurants serving an excellent locally sourced menu, and offers everything you’d expect to find at a bucket and spade seaside paradise; a Blue Flag awarded beach (1 mile) lined by colourful beach huts available to hire, a long promenade and a Victorian pier less than half a mile away hosting the only remaining traditional end of the pier variety show. Set across the cliff-tops, join the scenic Norfolk Coast Path to be rewarded with the best breathtaking views along the coastline and out to sea.
