Dark wood flooring, driftwood details, and original beams add to the overall charm of the place, and there’s an undeniable spaciousness throughout every room. Leave coats and boots behind in the entranceway before making your way into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with underfloor heating throughout. With space for everyone to socialise together, this large room features a lounge area, a dining table that seats eight, and a fully equipped kitchen with a central island and a range cooker. In the lounge, an electric stove adds a warm glow and a cosy ambience for nights spent in front of the TV. Four bedrooms are spread out over the first and second floors, along with a family bathroom on each floor. On the first floor, the double bedroom also features an en-suite shower room. The single bedrooms, also on this floor, each offer uninterrupted nights of sleep with comfortable furnishings, and the master bedroom is a double located on the second floor.
From the kitchen, step out into a small rear courtyard. Furnished with modest seating options, this bijou courtyard is a spot to sit out with a morning coffee or evening sundowner, making the most of the day’s sunshine in between your daily activities. There is private parking for one car.
