Thanks to the gallery-style first floor and the spacious panoramic windows that extend from floor to ceiling, the house is particularly bright and welcoming. The view constantly opens up from everywhere onto the enchanting landscape, the water, and the colourful bustle all around.

The harbour village of Zerpenschleuse is worth a visit even in winter. In the holiday home, you can warm up again in front of the crackling wood-burning stove in the living room after a walk by the frozen lake or through the snow-covered woods. The stove provides cosy warmth and a comfortable place for the whole family. A CO² alarm is installed.

The house has two separate bedrooms. There is fibre-optic Wi-Fi in the house. In the living room, there is an LED SMART TV connected via Wi-Fi. You can also relax wonderfully under the wellness shower in the spacious ground-floor bathroom. A special feature of the holiday home is the outdoor sauna (barrel sauna) available for your use. The kitchen has two coffee machines: a filter coffee maker and a Krups Nespresso capsule machine (please bring your own capsules for the Nespresso machine). The house also includes a shed with storage space for, for example, bicycles brought with you.
