Great unit at Aqua!! Well stocked in the kitchen and great renovations. The only drawback was the shower water pressure and the dryer took a long time. Worried that the vent line may be clogged. Would stay here again any time!!!

This condo was fantastic. It was clean and very spacious for five adults. The elevators were extremely fast, which was wonderful since we were on the 18th floor. The beach access was like "walking to the back yard" as well as it was less than a ten-minute walk to multiple restaurants and shopping.

This year the unit 1802 we rented was perfect!! very clean, we had everything we needed in the kitchen, really enjoyed the mattress and we will definitely choose this unit and location again. The beach service was unsatisfactory. The attendants were not helpful and allowed tents to line the beach in front of the chairs. Over a7ll, our vacation at Aqua was very good.We would stay in this condo again.

Beautiful condo & views

The condo itself was very nice! Clean, comfortable beds, wonderful views. It would have been a bonus to have had a closet in the unit with beach chairs, umbrellas, and other amenities for the beach that guests could have accessed. The building itself was a bit of an issue. Only two non-air conditioned working elevators for the entire building. While it was no reflection of the condo unit itself- it would have been nice for the management company to give a heads up to guests prior to our stay. We did have a wonderful stay in this unit!

The only downfall was that we did not have hot water for the majority of our stay. Only the first night and last day. There were clear instructions on what to do and who to contact, however, no one would answer or respond to our message. Otherwise, everything was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Aqua is the only place our family has stayed at. it has always been a great experience. Whenever a problem arises it is quickly taken care of. The only regret from this stay is we did not have hot water the last two days of our visit. The night before our departure, after returning from the beach and preparing to go out for dinner, we all stated that we did not have hot water. We did not report it because we believed it may be because all three bathroom showers were running at the same time. However, the next morning no hot water. It was reported immediately. The representative said he would send report to emergency management.

Condo Unit very nice, common areas not!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a girls long weekend! It was fun. Our unit at Aqua (1802) was beautiful. Decorated very nice and very clean. Limited kitchen equipment (no pitcher, few glasses). I have stayed at Aqua Resort probably 15 times. The resort is really aged. Many gates were broken, as well as chairs. Their were no security. Kids were running around, playing on stairs and elevators. Often we could hear kids screaming and running up and down the hallways. The pools were extremely dirty. I have never seen it like this before. Very disappointed in the lack of upkeep from Aqua.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in unit 1802. It had recently been updated and was gorgeous! Everything was clean. Beautiful furnishings and beautiful view! I loved the double sliding doors in the living room area with a full view of the ocean. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths are convenient for family. Lots of space and privacy for everyone. We were warned about the elevator repairs going on prior to our arrival, so the delays were expected. The building seems to be in good condition overall. The room was so great, it made up for the elevator issues. We ordered take out and spent most of the time in our room or on our balcony because of the spectacular views. There was no better seating for dining on the beach than what we had! Nicest condo we've ever stayed at overall. We were very happy with our trip and plan to return.

Reviewer Comments: I am staying in this facility for over 12 years I have never have any trouble at this place I go to summer, winter ,spring all season always everything is perfect there front desk staff are excellent and there maintenance guy are very nice if you have anything wrong you call and they taking care of right away.i will definitely recommend this place to anyone you won't be disappointed. It is great vacation place for us.we Evan take our friends here too.they loved it every thing is walking distance from property they have walmart ,peir park,all are around corner.all restuarant are at walking distance also.

Nice but could've been better

Reviewer Comments: Lobby completely locked and closed "due to covid" they did answer calls promptly tho. Like a previous reviewer we had trouble with our free beach chairs. There was absolutely no instruction regarding it, or anything else, so my mom just picked one and was told she was supposed to be assigned to one. You also should know you must bring your own toilet paper. We paid over $2700 for one week and they wouldn't replenish it. The condo itself was beautiful (unit 1802). However, it definitely was not mopped before we got in. Rest of property was clean tho. Also having 3 different codes to enter the pool, garage, and unit was very aggravating. We saw multiple guest annoyed by this. If the room hadn't been so nice and location as good, I would have given a 3 star overall.

Nicely furnished, great view, LOTS of people

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo itself was clean, beautiful, & well furnished. Big TVs in all rooms were nice for evenings & rainy days. WiFi needs serious help!!!! It worked less than half the time, constantly losing connection to TVs, weak signal, I spent an insane amount of time dealing with WiFi issues. Don’t count on having it! Condo a little smaller than expected based on pics, but it was clean & well kept. Views were beautiful. Check in & out process very simple. The outdoor pool/hot tub area was okay. Very very crowded. Elevators crowded & in high demand. Pool deck holds water so it’s constantly surrounded by a warm water/sand/mud slush. Made getting in the pool feel a little icky. In fact mostly b/c of this, we only got in once for 3mins. The tiny food stand/bar had amazing banana daiquiris that made up for the fact that it is in desperate need of a remodel and upgraded menu. The outdoor showers were always packed which with covid is so much fun. The chair/banana boat / parasail rentals on site were cool but they are totally unorganized. We had included chairs w/ rental but were told everyday to just pick a set & move if someone said we were in their space. We never were assigned chairs the whole week. It was awkward & annoying to never know if we were in someone’s space. I would’ve rather paid for chairs than get “free” ones that we never quite settled in. Paid a pretty penny to banana boat only for it to be a total cluster saying they were ready but then leaving us standing in the sun in life vests for 40mins. Parking is a bit of a hassle even with the garage across the street. No quick in & out. Never saw a vending machine for aspirin, tampons, quick needs. That would’ve been nice & one of the only pluses to staying in a crowded resort vs a private home. Overall, it’s a nice place if you like people around to socialize with, etc. A quiet relaxing beach getaway it isn’t, but well appointed & clean.

Reviewer Comments: This year with all of the construction being done we have had to move 3 times during our stay....however, we are not the only vacationers that been faced with this problem....the office staff have been very helpful to accommodate us!!
