Important things to note:

ONLINE CHECK-IN FORM: please complete our quick online check-in form before arrival. It helps ensure a smooth process and allows us to collect the required details for guest registration with local authorities. You’ll receive a link via email no later than 10 days before your check-in date, directing you to your private guest area.



CITY TAX: as per local regulations, a city tax of €4 per person per night (max 4 nights) is required. This must be paid either by a secure Stripe payment link or in cash upon arrival. Children under 12 are exempt.



PREMIUM AIRPORT TRANSFER: to ensure a seamless start to your stay, a private executive transfer service to and from Palermo Airport is available upon request. Detailed information, including fixed rates and how to reserve your ride, will be sent to you once your reservation is confirmed.



Personal Check-In: We will personally greet you at the property to hand over the keys, show you around the apartment, and ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
