On the first floor is the apartment 64345. From the living room and kitchen area, there are glass walls with sliding doors leading out to the balcony, where you can sitand enjoy the view. The single beds can be combined into double beds and separated again as needed. Good internet connection for streaming. Outdoor seating areas by the fjord. Small swimming beach 30 m away. There are many mountain peaks around Lake Eikesdalsvatnet, ideal for hiking. The impressive Mardalsfossen waterfall in Eikesdalen, the world’s 4th highest free-fall waterfall, is only 30 minutes away. A Sherpa staircase with 1,200 hand-laid stone steps is also nearby. Trollstigen and the Atlantic Road are about 90 minutes away, the Art Nouveau town of Ålesund 2 hours away, Kristiansund 65 minutes, and Molde 45 minutes. The fjord offers excellent fishing with a wide variety of fish. Boat is available for rent at the floating dock in front of the apartment. It should be booked at the same time as the holidayhouse booking, as the boat is shared with others. 20-ft Sting 600 Pro with Honda 80 HP engine, Garmin 72CV Plus GPS/chartplotter/fishfinder, 6 rod holders. There is a partially covered fish-filleting area by a small outdoor shed by the fjord. The shed also provides access to a large freezer, as well as space for fishing equipment and drying fishing clothes.
