SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT
For comfortable sleeps of guests, the following arrangement is implemented. All Bedrooms are named by AZ local names.

Bed Room 1 is master bedroom known as Honeymoon Bedroom:
It has a king bed with memory foam, 2 night stands, 2 table lamps and a dresser, fireplace & large walk in closet, attached bathroom, a smart TV in the master bedroom. It has also ceiling fan and lights. 2 Adult can sleep in this bed. One airbed is also available on need basis.
BedRoom 2 called Cactus-
A king bed, Nightstand , located near main entry, 3 windows, ceiling fan and lights. There are nice wall decorations. 2 Adult can sleep in this bed. One airbed is also available on need basis.
BedRoom 3 called DeerValley
It has a light grey king bed, nightstand, tables, and closet, ceiling fan, lights, big window. 2 adults can sleep in this bed. One airbed is also available on a need basis.
BedRoom 4 called Antelope Canyon II
It has a light black king bed, nightstand, tables, and closet,ceiling fan, lights, big window, 2 adult can sleep in this bed. One airbed is also available on a need basis.
BedRoom 5 called Cottonwood:
It has 2 dark gray queen beds, 1 night stands, table lamps, a huge window, ceiling fan and lights, 2 chairs. 4 adults can sleep. One airbed is also available on need basis.

Additional Fees and Cost.
Early check-in and late check-out is possible. There is a charge of $200 per hour for early check in or late checkout.
If more than 6 persons slept in the bedrooms. There is a charge of $50 per extra one person per night. Owner will use an outdoor camera to determine the number of guests staying at the house.
Please don’t move any decoration from its place. If you move the house interior decoration, there is a charge of $475.
There is a charge of $250 per night for a heated pool and SPA. Minimum 3 days of booking is required to use the heated pool. For one day or two days booking, the heated.
Maid services are available. Charge is $1000 per day.
There is a fee of $25 per day to use the Tennis court.
Pets stay is possible with prior approval and pet fee of $295.
If guests throw trash in the streets or throw a party, and the City/County/State fined us, the same amount will be charged from guests.

The following check in documents are required
The names and ID of the guests.
The credit card is needed and one dollar may be charged.
Signed one page signed lease.
There is no access to the roof and balcony.

This home is a place to relax, play, and spend time with family and friends. Of course, accidents may happen, and there might be minor scrapes and bruises along the way. Please follow the following to have the best time.
Parties and events are not allowed in the house. Please don't book this house for any party.
This place is not suitable for gathering more than 16 people. There are 7 king bedrooms, One bedroom has 2 queens and there is one additional king bed in the common area, one additional full mattress for 16 persons.
Please park your vehicle next to the front entrance on the east side of the house.
You cannot run a shuttle of cars between the house and some other pickup points. It is not allowed to substitute persons to maintain the number of residents.
Visitors staying more than 2 hours are considered staying at night. They will be charged as guests.
Early Baggage Drop off is allowed if the house is not booked for the prior day.
Local guests should contact first before booking.

Neighbor rights:
Please don’t enter the neighboring property or throw any ball, trash, or stone into the neighbor’s house.
Please stay inside the house during night time after 9:00 PM.
No shouting or loud music is allowed so that neighbors could sleep.
Please don’t park the cars in front of the neighbor’s house or block the street.
There is a fire hazard on the street. Parking near a fire hazard is strictly prohibited.
Running loud music is strictly prohibited.
Please don’t walk in the neighborhood streets in the form of a procession.
The owner can cancel the reservation without a refund if the rules are not observed or the neighbor complained.
Please don’t throw trash anywhere except in the trash containers.
Maximum 4 cars are allowed at the house or street or neighborhood.
Pool related rules.
Pool and Hot Tub heating are optional and are available for $250/day. Please make payment if you need a heated pool. The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained between 80-84 degrees. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3-day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily. Heated pool is priced keeping view that pool will be covered with pool solar cover during your stay.
Unheated pool, SPA and Jakuzi are not available for guests to use from October 1 to May 31 every year. Please make a payment $250 per night for heated pool/heated SPA. Please don’t use or uncover the pool if you did not pay.
Please keep the pool covered with solar cover during winter. Price of the heated pool is calculated so that it will be covered.
Please contact the owner how to operate the pool. Smartphones will be provided to operate the heated pool.
The pool water features and jet requires additional pumps to operate. Please do not run it during wintertime as it will cool down the water.
Please run jets/pool lights/water features for more than 1 hour a day. Its operation is not included in the price.
Please don’t touch the pool in-floor cleaning system.
Please don’t enter the pool equipment area. There is a penalty of $500.
Please don’t throw stones in the pool or SPA.
Please don’t bring your pool toys or floats. If you bring pool toys or any toys, please take them with you.
Please don’t enter the pool if you don’t know how to swim.
Please don’t use SPA jets for more than 1 hour.
Please don’t switch off the pool system as it needs to run 22 hours a day.
