Villa Calma is a peaceful oasis, nestled in a 4,000 m² olive grove near the traditional village of Doukades on Corfu. The villa accommodates up to 8 guests and combines space, privacy, and comfort.

The layout
Villa Calma in Doukades features 4 spacious bedrooms. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms: two share a large family bathroom, and the fourth bedroom has a private bathroom.

All bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds and offer direct access to outdoor areas—ideal for enjoying the Corfiot atmosphere and the greenery.

The kitchen at Villa Calma is fully equipped. It features a large American-style refrigerator with cold water and an ice cube dispenser. There’s also an oven and a separate microwave. The spacious kitchen island is perfect for cooking together, having drinks, and enjoying a cozy meal. Thanks to the separate filtration system, the tap water is purified and ready to drink—no more lugging around plastic bottles, and it’s better for the environment, too!

The living room is spacious and tastefully decorated. There’s a large living area where you can all sit together comfortably, complete with a sofa and a TV for relaxation. At the spacious dining table, you can enjoy a delicious dinner together or play a fun game in the evening.

Surrounding the house is a spacious porch where you can sit in the shade and unwind. Outside, there’s a large dining table. There’s also a large barbecue available, perfect for enjoying a tasty piece of meat or fish together. While you’re cooking or dining, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the green surroundings—ideal for long, balmy summer evenings.

Villa Calma Doukades is conveniently located just a 3-minute drive from the charming center of Doukades. For a day at the beach, you can quickly reach Liapades Beach (3.5 km) or the famous Paleokastritsa Beach (6 km). A trip to the historic center of Corfu Town is also easy to arrange; it’s about a 30-minute drive away.

In accordance with Greek regulations, a Climate Resilience Tax is levied on all stays in Greece.
For Villa Calma, this tax amounts to €15 per night. This amount is not included in the booking price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

The villa is secluded, with no neighbors, allowing you to fully enjoy peace and privacy. Here, you’ll hear only birdsong and the gentle rustling of the wind—the perfect setting to unwind and truly reconnect with yourself.

The large garden invites you to relax in various spots: read a book in the shade, daydream in a lounge chair, or start the day with a peaceful yoga session in the morning sun. The pool offers refreshment on hot days and becomes an atmospheric spot in the evening to enjoy a cocktail or a good glass of wine at sunset—perhaps even under a sparkling starry sky.

Villa Calma feels cozy and warm, thanks in part to our beloved four-legged friends. Our dog and cats were all rescued or found their way to us, and have found their home here. They are incredibly sweet, calm, and enjoy a little attention now and then—always in a way that respects your privacy and relaxation.

Inside, you’ll find all the amenities to make your stay comfortable: a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living areas, and, of course, free Wi-Fi. Outside, there’s plenty of parking on the property.
