Cleaning services
It is expected that you are respectful of the property and maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay.
We employ a professional cleaning team who attend to the property between stays to ensure the property is always in exceptionally clean condition for each and every guest. For transparency, we charge a £45 cleaning fee for this on every booking.

For stays of 7 nights or more, as part of our commitment to a consistently fresh, high-quality stay, the team will provide a mid-stay cleaning with fresh bed linen and towel changes every 7 days (first refresh on day 4, then every 7 days thereafter). This is charged at £30 per clean and we will send this as a separate charge request shortly after booking, based on your length of stay. We'll confirm the exact date(s) and a convenient time window ahead of your arrival. If the scheduled time doesn't suit, just let us know and we'll do our best to find one that does.
