Located in Beachwalk Resort, this welcoming home combines bright, open living spaces with inviting outdoor amenities, making it just as enjoyable to relax at the house as it is to spend the day at the beach.

The heart of the home is the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, where everyone can cook, dine, and connect together. A large dining table is perfect for family meals, board games, or planning the next day's adventures, while the cozy living room features a gas fireplace and large TV for relaxing after a day in the sun. Downstairs, the finished basement provides a second living space that quickly becomes a favorite hangout for kids and teens.

Step outside and enjoy everything vacation living is all about. Sip your morning coffee on the welcoming front porch, gather for meals on the enclosed back porch with its convenient pass-through window from the kitchen, fire up the grill for an easy dinner, or end the evening around the fire pit beneath the glow of string lights. A seasonal golf cart makes trips to the beach and resort amenities quick, easy, and fun.

Parking

Parking is available for two vehicles along the street in front of the home (please park as far off the road as possible). A third vehicle may fit between the house and the shed, and nearby overflow parking is available for additional vehicles.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and remain at the property for the duration of the stay.
