On the ground floor, you will find a spacious open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, ceramic cooktop, Dolce Gusto coffee machine). There is also a bathroom with shower. A separate air-conditioning unit ensures pleasant temperatures on the ground floor, as do the air-conditioning units in the bedrooms upstairs.

The upper floor features three bedrooms and three modern bathrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds (180 cm), one bedroom has a double bed (160 cm), and another offers a practical bunk bed, ideal for children.

Outside, the 7.5 × 3.5 m swimming pool with eight comfortable sun loungers invites you to relax. The highlight is your private jacuzzi – perfect for warm evenings under the starry sky. The 450 m² property also offers space for shared outdoor meals and leisure activities, including table tennis.
