This cosy holiday home for four people offers a relaxing setting close to both nature and city life. The house has a bright bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower, as well as two spacious bedrooms, both furnished with double beds. There is also a loft. The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer, stove and dishwasher, and is open to the living room. Here you will find a dining table, a cosy sofa arrangement, TV, Apple TV and a warming wood-burning stove, making the house ideal for stays all year round. The living room opens onto a 25 m² conservatory with large sliding doors that can be opened completely to transform the room into an inviting terrace on sunny days. The holiday home is located in a quiet, enclosed area with few neighbours and only 300 metres from the water, providing easy access to the beach and nature. At the same time, it is a short distance to the town, shops, restaurants and a nearby golf course – perfect for both relaxation and activities.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
