Hangklip Villa - Four Bedroom House, Sleeps 8

Welcome to Hangklip Villa, a luxurious and modern retreat nestled in
the charming coastal village of Pringle Bay, situated at the foot of
the majestic Hangklip in the Overberg region of the Western Cape, South
Africa.

This spacious villa boasts breathtaking, spectacular views of the blue
ocean, with bright waters extending as far as the eye can see under
sunny and clear skies. The lounge, surrounded by windows, creates an
inviting indoor-outdoor feel, allowing you to immerse yourself in the
beauty of the surroundings. Modern and chic, the villa features crisp
finishes, fluffy white cushions, and silky soft linen, providing an
atmosphere of absolute comfort.

The bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, offer beautiful views of
both the ocean and the rugged mountain landscape. The open-plan kitchen
provides a delightful cooking experience with views of the scenic
mountain at the back. Step outside onto the deck for a more leisurely
space with great views.

General features include internet access, a dining area, towels and
linen provided, a family-friendly environment, an indoor fireplace, and
a strict no-smoking indoors policy. Secure on-site parking is
available.

Pringle Bay itself is a small, affluent coastal village in the heart of
the Cape Floral Kingdom, part of the Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve, a
UNESCO Heritage Site. Just an hour's drive from Cape Town, the town is
renowned as one of the top five best coastal villages to live and
holiday in South Africa. The village exudes tranquillity, with the
predominant sounds being birdlife and the soothing ocean waves.

In this charming village, you'll find a stunning beach, a haven for
fishing, surfing, or simply enjoying the natural beauty. Home to
abundant wildlife, including southern right whales frequently seen
along the bay's shoreline. Explore the surroundings with activities
such as wine tasting, shark diving, art galleries, and bicycle rides.

Hangklip Villa offers not just a comfortable stay but an immersive

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.

For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.

A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.

Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.

A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at Farm 107, Pringle Bay.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
