History reveals itself in this wonderful " Turn of the Century " renovated Cottage that used to be a Tea Room in its past life, offering a memorable experience when you stay in this one of a kind place, experience the cottages unique water source, a Natural Spring, filtered by a "Perfect Water" system, it taste wonderful and makes your skin feel awesome and showers heavenly! The interior features gleaming hardwood floors, stainless appliances, Huge Picture windows offering an awesome view of the land. Tastefully decorated with Antique furniture, the master bedroom boast a tiled walk in shower and a comfy King Size bed on the main level, upstairs offers 2 bedrooms and bath, kids play area stocked with games and toys. A bright and cheery Sun room for morning coffee, reading, relaxing or yoga, expansive outdoor decks surround with an open fire table and chairs for enjoyable relaxing evenings.
Enjoy The Yellow Tea Cup Cottage as a private couples retreat or bring the entire family for an unforgettable getaway. The Cottage is also offered on a daily rental basis as a great place to host catered Luncheons, Dinners, and small Corporate Meetings (can accomodate 6 to 15 ppl) . Call or email for details. The house was lovely with beautiful, serene surroundings. There are horses on the property, and we were allowed to treat them with apple pieces or carrots. That made the stay even more enjoyable. The house was very clean and so comfortable and homey. Christie was very responsive & friendly. There is a grocery store nearby along with restaurants. If you want the busyness of Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, they are conveniently close by. However, you’ll love coming back at the end of the day to a peaceful setting.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful property. Walking into the door, I was welcomed by nice music and a beautifully smelling home. The shower in the main bed room was wonderful.

Enjoyed staying at this house. The house is clean, kitchen was perfect, the outdoor area was amazing. We enjoyed grilling out and sitting by the fire pit.

We had a great experience. The property exceeded our expectations and is well stocked with anything you might need. Very clean, quiet location, but near SO much! Horses are an added bonus. Would absolutely stay again!

Peaceful Getaway

Traveled to Knoxville are for a family reunion. We choose the Yellow Tea Cup Cottage because it was a quite and peaceful retreat. The beauty and peace we experienced was priceless. Everything was wonderful, the horses, goats, birds, squirrels, chipmunks, and the beautifully decorated cottage! Plenty of room for our 2 families and my grandson loved the playroom. The property is gorgeous. The outside grounds are wonderful to spend time with your family. Our contact and communication with Christie was great! Christie was friendly and responded quickly. Definitely would stay again!

Perfect Getaway Cottage

Yellow Teacup Cottage is perfect. There is plenty of parking, and getting in is so easy. The living room opens to the dining area and a gorgeous kitchen. So many windows to let in the sunshine and allow the scenery to be enjoyed from everywhere. The beds were so very comfortable, we all slept so well! Christie was such a considerate host, and very fast to respond to questions. I hope I get to stay here on a future trip, this is a wonderful property!

I first fell in love with the property while looking on line for a place to stay. It was cute, had antiques and was large enough for all 5 of us. We could even bring the dog! Once we drove ip to the property, I knew this would be a magical place. A quaint yellow cottage with teacup in the name. How could we go wrong? The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of everything. There were even some plates with the yellow wheat pattern I grew up with! The decorating was amazing with surprises in every room. I personally loved the room overlooking the barn and horses. When it was time to pack up and leave, a sadness came over me as I felt like I was one with the property and really didn't want to go. I hope to be going back again as the rest of the world vanishes for a brief moment in time while you are there. Our host was amazing also. She was always quick to respond if we had a question or an issue. That was highly appreciated! A lot of good memories were made while there.

This cottage was comfortable and cozy. It is decorated so delightfully, that the house itself is a real pleasure to experience. The sunroom space is really lovely and the grounds are so nice. The host s have superior communication and are very kind and thoughtful people.

Wedding weekend

We stayed here for our nephew’s wedding. The place was so peaceful with big windows to watch the horses, birds and turkeys. It was just a lovely visit!!

Graduation weekend

Stayed here for my daughter’s graduation for 3 nights. The house was great, enough room for the 6 of us. Well stocked kitchen. Spacious living area. Everything was very clean. We loved giving the horses treats!

Cozy warm cottage feel

Our experience was nothing short of amazing! This home was beautiful, communication with the host was great even to the point she allowed us to check in early. Location was perfect as we were here for Battle in Rocky top. I do believe this will be our return location for future visits.

This house was easy to get to and not far from downtown at all! We basically just needed a place to sleep and it did just that!

Fabulous charmer!

From the charming entry to the property, the cleanliness of the home with all the amenities you need we had a fabulous experience. My daughter could hardly get out of the car quick enough to go pet the horses. The owners are so considerate - leaving us a special treat when we returned from dinner on our first night. Highly recommend.

Suited us to a “Tea”

We absolutely adored the Yellow Teacup Cottage. We had reserved it for a football weekend before we had to evacuate ahead of Hurricane Milton. The owner was very flexible and agreed to our change of plans adding two days and bringing pets (laid back older labs) in our RV instead of flying to Knoxville and renting a car. Being a farm kid, I enjoyed the “little bit country” setting with horses, goats, chickens and geese nearby. We enjoyed feeding the horses the treats provided by the hosts and even had time for a bonfire complete with S’mores!

Smokey Mountain Bike Week

This house exceeded our expectations!!! Absolutely beautiful property. We loved how the horses would greet us in the mornings and evenings for their snacks. We were also pleasantly surprised by the personal packets that were left.
