The beauty of this rental is its ski-in/ski-out location, which allows you easy access to all the activities you want and close proximity to Boise.

You're at the doorstep of the Bogus Basin Recreation Area and only 20 miles from downtown Boise. Spend your day on the mountain, then head into the city for dining, drinks, and nightlife. Or head to the city for the day to browse shops and galleries and check out the botanical gardens and museums. Summer guests can hike, horseback ride, mountain bike, or take a ride on the new mountain coaster.

The free WiFi will help you find directions and stay connected with friends, and you'll have access to a ski locker and two decks for lounging and taking in the lovely views.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful Option for Bogus Basin

This place is perfect. When it says ski in and out, that is 100% accurate. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was fairly well stocked with cooking utensils. I highly recommend this place.

Dirty Condo

This condo had not been properly cleaned when we arrived. None of the surfaces appeared to have been dusted or cleaned. The top of the fridge and shelves in the closets had deep layers of dust/scum. The decks had not been shoveled so it was impossible to open the sliding doors without snow cascading into the condo. The tub appeared to have not been cleaned because the previous guest's soap bar was still in the tray (Eww)! Do not rent! Do not use Vacasa!

Perfect for a Quick Escape!

I booked this place for one night when my parents came into town so my dad and I wouldn't have to get up early and drive up Bogus Basin Road in the morning, and it was perfect! The sunset views from the patio were great, and the condo is comfortable, albeit a bit cramped. The bunk beds are long enough to fit me at 6'4", but not anyone taller. The best thing about it is the convenience - we put on our ski gear and only had to walk about 100 feet to the slopes when the rope dropped in the morning. I'd definitely come back and spend a weekend here!

Tired

Have stayed in other units at the Pioneer condos. Very convenient for multi day trip to bogus basin. The entire complex is best described as rustic. However, this particular unit is tired. Is pretty comparable to a Motel 6. Décor, walls, flooring, and furniture all need to be updated. Additionally, this is a lower level unit. The Walls and ceiling are poorly insulated from sounds coming from adjacent units.

Awesome place

Great weekend getaway for a family. So fun to ski in and out. The fire place was awesome and the hot tub was a great way to end a day of skiing.

Perfectly Cozy Get-a-way for a StayCation!

This condo was wonderfully equipped and pristine for me staycation. Be sure to bring what you need to eat and drink (coffee!) up the mountain! Kitchen is well equipped, fire place provides a cozy ambiance and the views of the valley are gorgeous. Can't wait to go back sooner than later.

An evening in the mountains...

We loved the place. Great deck & patio. Got to grill up some beef and enjoy a wonderful soak in the pool jacuzzi. Excellent amenities and helpful staff. Can't wait to do it again. One day is not enough! Thanks for your arrangements. Well done!

Worth the drive

This is not in Boise but 18 mi up into Bogus Basin and 40 minute drive. Well worth the trip but plan accordingly. Our sofa sleeper was broke and no AC. Also broken patio chairs but still worked. Great views, very comfortable, and relaxing. Beautiful views and great hiking right there. Would be awesome for ski season. Could use a better description and more specific details on fireplace and ac if there is any.

First time booking w/Vacasa

We loved the location of the rental- right on the mountain- made it easy to enjoy long days playing with the kids and grandkids. The downside of the rental is we had no heat in our unit- I called first thing on Monday morning, we were provided a mini-space heater but no service to repair the heat. On Thursday morning- our last morning there, my son-in-law flipped the breaker and we had heat (not as warm as the thermostat was saying it should be) on either side of our rental. Our pots/pans were filthy, greasy and had burnt items on them. Getting to and from the hot tub each morning was a bit challenging down the slightly sloped ramp that was covered in ice. A little hard to enjoy the fireplace with wet wood that was provided. The twin bunk beds were not made upon arrival- 10:30 pm arrival time and having to make beds for the kids to jump into bed after a 32 hour drive was not what we were looking forward to.

Great Condo

This condo is lovely. Bed and couch were comfy. The kitchenette was stocked with all the tools you would need. The 2 patios have wonderful views both during the day and at night. Only downside during our stay was that 2 outdoor chairs were broken and unusable. Will definitely be back for another stay.

Weekend Retreat

Great corner condo overlooking the mountain, sunset peeks, and the hot tub. Everything we needed, a cozy fireplace, great flatscreen for family movies, and close proximity to the common area. The huge deck will be a welcomed space when we visit again in warmer weather. Loved the ski in ski out! We will be back!

2 balconies with views!

It was a delight to have a balcony out the dining area and a balcony out the master bedroom! Stunning views!! This condo also had a rustic feel in the living room. The living area was small but cozy. Perfect for my hubby & I for a few days! Thank you for the lovely home!
