Cozy 2BHK apartment in 600 acre township

Our beautiful vacation home is situated inside Adani Shantigram Township. The Township is spread over 600 acres. Our Apartment is on the 12th Floor and has good air ventilation. Its a 2bhk apartment with kitchen, living area and 2 Bedrooms. There is a master bedroom with a double bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed floor mattress. Also, additional 2 floor mattresses have been provided. We would love to host you at our home.

Space
- The Building has 2 Elevators. - 24 hours Water supply with Electric Geysers in both Bathrooms (Hot water only through the Geyser Spouts. Not available in the shower form.) - Domestic Help available but charges for the same payable by the guest (please confirm the charges with the domestic help before engaging them. We do not take any responsibility for any loss/damage/theft, if any by the domestic help.) - Generally, we do not experience power outage. But no inverter back up available in case the guest happens to experience power outage. - Fridge and Television with TATA Sky DTH connection available. - Cupboard in Master Bedroom and Cabinets in other bedroom available for use. - Kitchen appliances - coffee mugs, glasses, plates, bowls, serving vessels, spoons, knives, cooking vessels (in case you carry your own induction stove) and for serving food available. - Both beds are queen size. - We will provide buckets, tumblers, soap and hand wash in the Bathrooms but towels/napkins are not provided.

Access to entire apartment only.

Guest interaction
We will not be meeting the guests since we are based in Mumbai but our cousin is based in Ahmedabad and if need arises, can meet the guests. We are always available on phone.

Neighborhood overview
The township has a beautiful Fountain show every Sunday at the Water Lily building. It is close to the airport but far from the city. You have a mall around 500m walking distance from our building. The mall has a supermarket, restaurants, laundry shop, electric shop, bakery shop, ice cream parlours etc.

Getting around
If you do not have your own vehicle, then you can wait at the building gate and ask the security person to call the shared Shantigram taxi which will pick and drop you to the main Shantigram gate or take you to the mall or club restaurant for a nominal fee of Rs. 10 per person.

• We will require ID and Address Proof of the Guest(s) once the apartment is booked.

• No parties or events
• Quiet hours: 10 pm onwards
• Please read carefully all details mentioned in this listing before booking.
• We will require ID and Address Proof of the Guest(s) once the apartment is booked.
• Smoking and drinking not allowed in the house (including open areas of the house).
• No Non-Veg food allowed inside the house (including open areas of the house).
• No pets allowed inside.
• Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first.
• Please do not play loud music after 10 p.m.
• Please do not put anything in the toilet like napkins, diapers etc.
• Door and Wardrobe keys to be handed over at the time of checkout, if misplaced, Rs. 1000 will be charged.
• Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. Enjoy.
• Please close all windows and doors when you leave the house.
• Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up yourself after use.
