The Property
This beautiful villa is nestled in a vast, meticulously maintained garden featuring an elegant English-style lawn and lush Mediterranean vegetation, stunning oleanders, walls of jasmine, palm trees, and rocks nestled among the greenery
The gentle slope of the spacious property creates the villa’s two levels, which are independent of one another and have separate entrances.
The upper level consists of a beautiful, bright living area with large windows and a stunning view of the sea and the pool.

On the spacious patio that opens up in front of the living area, you’ll find a beautiful dining table made of glass and wrought iron, perfect for your outdoor lunches and dinners immersed in this paradise.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

From the patio, descending a few stone steps, you’ll find the beautiful, spacious pool surrounded by the green lawn and stunning oleanders.
Here you’ll find comfortable lounge chairs to enjoy Sardinia’s wonderful sunshine in total privacy and relaxation.

The sleeping area on the upper level consists of two beautiful double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms—one with a garden view and the other with a spectacular view of the sea and the pool. This latter bedroom has its own private outdoor access; descending a few stone steps leads directly to the pool area.

The lower level of the villa has its own private entrance and is not connected to the upper level by an internal passageway, making it completely self-contained.

It consists of a beautiful and spacious living area, with a large living room, TV, a lovely dining table, and a fully equipped open kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of 3 beautiful double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with a sofa bed and a ceiling fan.
All bedrooms have direct access to the outdoors and beautiful en-suite bathrooms, all finished in fine Orosei marble and featuring spectacular showers in shades of green and blue that evoke a seaside atmosphere.
The villa is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi.

It is equipped with bed linens and towels and has a washing machine.

Spanning two levels, the villa has a total of 6
bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, so it can accommodate up to 12 people and is the perfect choice for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a dream vacation filled with relaxation, idyllic beaches, and the excitement of the “Smeraldina nightlife,” just a few minutes’ drive away.

A security deposit of 2,000€ per week or 5,000€ per month is required.

Other things to keep in mind:
Bedroom 6 has a sofa bed and is a staff room.

The owner is not liable for any personal items lost inside the house.
