Located on "Avenida Arriaga", one of the most central avenues of the city, this apartment accommodates up to two people.
Stay In Arriaga Avenue 10 is a cozy apartment duly prepared and totally equipped to welcome our future guests. Ideal for those who identify themselves with the city life, traveling in work context or in vacation mode.

The building has some residents who take night shifts at the weekend and need to rest during the day. Therefore, it is forbidden to make noise at the weekend, including the use of vacuum cleaners or other equipments that can generate noise.

We also warn against the use of the A/C during the night, which also causes noise that may disturb the neighbors.

Funchal City Council has implemented a tourist tax, effective October 1st, 2024.The amount to be charged is €2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 13 years old are exempt.

Information for SEF (Foreigners and Borders Service) should be sent when requested.

NEVER leave the key in the lock on the inside of the door. If the door closes accidentally, it will no longer be possible to open it with another key. In this case, a service must be requested at the guest's expense.

Each set of lost keys with chip will incur a fee of 50€. In the event that the garage door opener is also lost, an additional charge of 60€ will be applied.

Check-in time should be communicated in advance so that we can make sure the apartment is ready.

Upon check-in, if you notice any broken or damaged appliances or facilities, please promptly notify us, including a photo if possible.

Please leave your shoes at the door, especially after a hike in the mountains.

Before check-out all rubbish should be deposited in the respective bins in the trash house. Level -1
