Derg Cottage, near Strabane, County Tyrone, sleeps two in one bedroom.
Derg Cottage consists of a single-storey, open-plan living space with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, airfryer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dining seating, TV, and woodburning stove. The sleeping area offers twin beds. There is a wet-room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a non-enclosed gravelled area with furniture and ample off-road parking. Guests also have use of an enclosed drying area for fishing and watersports gear, along with access to a communal external building with a pool table. The nearest shop, pub, and river are 2.2 miles away. Travel cot available on request. One small well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. With its practical layout and rural surroundings, Derg Cottage offers a straightforward base for time away near Strabane. Note: Please enquire about late check-outs.
