Additionally, the Kinrara Estate is famed for its award-winning Kinrara Gin, which visitors can taste and purchase at the Kinrara Distillery just outside Aviemore.

Lovingly refurbished to a high standard, Hillview Cottage offers fresh and comfortable self-catering accommodation for up to 7 guests. With an eclectic mix of both modern and vintage decor, the cottage exudes a homely, laid-back feel that is inviting to all who enter. Beautiful reclaimed maple flooring, panelled walls, and an array of natural elements combined with muted tones throughout create a tranquil and cosy space perfect for relaxation. The inviting living area and bespoke kitchen provide a spacious and comfortable environment ideal for social gatherings, while the dark, luxe bathroom offers a soothing and sumptuous retreat to wind down after a long day. The stunning wood-burning stove serves as a beautiful focal point in the room, and it has become a favourite gathering spot for our furry friends as well.

The garden

Hillview Cottage has a beautiful, secluded and fully enclosed (dog friendly) back garden with a large lawn, decking area for al fresco dining and a fire pit. Beautifully maintained, the garden provides a wonderful backdrop for the open plan kitchen and dining room, creating a real sense of being surrounded by nature. It’s a popular spot for wildlife and perfect for winding down while watching the birds and red squirrels come to feast. There is a little cabin at the top of the garden that belongs to the owners, which is not rented out.
