Our lovely two bedroom, two bathroom corner unit located on the first elevated floor in the much desired Gateway Villas complex on the North-end of Fort Myers Beach. This gated community has a heated pool with lounge chairs on the pool deck, ground level laundry facility, open parking and sits right on the sand.



Gateway Villas is about 1/4 mile away from the popular Times Square area and Bowditch Park. No need to rent a car, you can walk to many venues and amenities Fort Myers Beach has to offer or take a short trolley ride up and down the island.



Our corner unit condo is comfortable for two couples vacationing or a large family. As you enter the unit you are welcomed by a foyer area leading to the great room (where you can view the beach/Gulf of Mexico instantly from the lanai) or master bedroom. Our family room area has a comfy sofa (sleeper), chairs and flat screen TV. There is also a dining area for seating up to 4. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials of home. The master bedroom as a king size bed, flat screen TV, a private bathroom and outdoor screened in lanai. Bedroom #2 has two twin beds. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower setup. With two separate screened in lanais the whole family will have great views of the beach!



Other amenities our unit provides is Free wifi, Smart TV's, linens and towels, tile flooring throughout, and beach chairs. The best amenity our unit offers is the beautiful beach/Gulf of Mexico views from inside the unit and from your private outdoor lanai with seating. Enjoy viewing wild life out on the sand and in the water. What more can you ask for on a beach vacation?



7-night minimum rental, the minimum age to rent is 25 years old, during high season we rent from Sat-Sat
