We at Sun Valley Concierges and Property Management hope you enjoy this charming Sagehill Townhome with Bald Mountain views. There is a large grassy area outside your fenced-in lower deck with private hot-tub.
This is a lovely 3 bedroom townhouse, with an extra living area downstairs with a built-in bunkbed, 3.5 bathrooms and walking distance to the lovely Elkhorn Harker Center's amenities at your Sagehill Townhome in Elkhorn.

This is a lovely family-friendly home, a very short walking distance to Harker Center's playground, tennis court, basketball courts, children's splash fountain & Elkhorn Golf Course. The Village pool is included as part of all Elkhorn amenities, and you have a private hot-tub on your lower level deck.

This lovely Sagehill Townhouse has the perfect set-up for an ideal family vacation with two separate living areas with TV's & hiking, biking & all Elkhorn Amenities outside your door!

Enjoy your two large decks with Mountain Views on each floor & gorgeous sunlight & mountain views for your stay in Sun Valley, Idaho & private hot-tub on your bottom deck.

The space:

This is a great set-up for families, couples, or multiple families.

There is an owner's suite/main bedroom on the top (second) floor, with a king bed with a private en suite bathroom with a walk-in closet, pack-n-play, and vanity sinks.
The second guest bedroom on the top floor has a queen bed and separate guest bathroom.

The Main floor separates the bedrooms with the kitchen, living area, brand new remodeled laundry area, a brand new half-bath, and lovely deck with Bald Mountain views & comfortable outdoor dining & seating.

The third downstairs bedrooms off of the lower TV/living room area offers twin-sized bunk beds each with trundles for the kids, a king bed, and beautiful crib.

This is an amazing separate living area with large TV, newly remodeled large shower, bathroom and guests have a deck & your own private hot-tub.

The main floor living room also offers a cozy fireplace & TV.

The fully equipped kitchen on the main floor has dining room for eight, TV, fireplace and bar seating for four.

As a guest of Sun Valley Concierges, we are here to make your stay here in Sun Valley a wonderful, comfortable & easy stay. If you need highchairs, bikes, coolers, extra towels, your refrigerator stocked, we are here for your Sun Valley Vacation to be everything it should be!

Perfect girls weekend

We had a wonderful weekend stay as girls friends. Check in and out was easy. There was plenty of space to hang out by a cozy fireplace. We liked the hot tub and convenient location.

Great Sun Valley Condo

We enjoyed our stay here immensely! We stayed 4 nights for a long weekend ski trip and enjoyed the location and pretty views out the back. 2 small families with the adults upstairs and kids downstairs was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. Communication was fantastic as well!

Perfect Stay!

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. This was the perfect place for our varied family of eight. The kitchen had more than everything needed, especially for making guacamole for 80 people!The condo was clean, and relatively close to town, less than a 10 min drive. Check in was easy and Paul and Erika were helpful. Even Tom the neighbor was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

Sun Valley Ski Trip

This is a lovely townhouse with great views and ski decor. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cook ware. The garage is perfect for storing skis. There is limited vehicle parking.

My Unfortunate Mistake

I am writing mostly to acknowledge the kindness and compassion of the property managers, Pat and Erika Di Ruggiero, of SV Concierges and Property Management, who obtained passes to the Harkin Center Pool for us. The truth is, I had downloaded the VRBO App and couldn't recall which agency I had booked this venue with; it wasn't going to accommodate our family for our 50th Wedding Anniversary and I needed to go somewhere else. "Tragically" I went past the date I could get any refund to cancel with VRBO and I paid the price. The silver lining is that their graciousness allowed me to experience VRBO from the other side, in that I am an owner of two condos in Hawaii, each of which has used VRBO to help us manage them. I am impressed with the organization from a renter's point of view and pleased that as an owner I can be proud of the service----hopefully if this reflects across the board. I stayed in another agency's townhouse; it was well-equipped and well located and had room for 9 people. But I was "mortified" that they would charge extra to search for a left item after check-out, even if the cleaning crew was there anyways and it was easy to find. That agency is asking to work with us in Hawaii and I would be embarrassed to charge someone just for helping locate a lost or left item. Paying for shipping is expected. I can't imagine VRBO doing that. Perhaps I can write off some of the loss as a learning business experience---I hope so! Thanks---Carol Berman

2nd Time Around

We stayed at this townhouse at the beginning fo covid and it was a good experience then so we decided to do it again. PROS: -large multi-living areas that allow for separation when needed -great location to rec. center/pool/playground -kitchen is updated -beds are comfortable and plenty linens -family living downstairs great for kids/multi-family CONS: -Extremely hot particularly on main/2nd floor with small or dated fans -obvious the furniture has not been updated in years and was the same dated furniture when we first stays..particularly the couches are extremely uncomfortable and poke you withe the feathers. Area rugs are either a trip hazard and the carpets are dated/stained -sliding doors do not lock/screen doors have to be forced open -fridge leaks -laminate floor in kitchen moves -shampoo/soap,etc in main floor was never filled -overall asides from the kitchen the house is dated and needs updates After staying a second time and hoping for some updates from the first time we were dissappointed. The property has a lot of pros but the cons overshadow them. After staying in multiple VRBO's around the same price in different areas I would have liked to see it more updated.

My family had an amazing time in Sun Valley! Everything from the food to the outdoor activities was amazing! The Condo was perfect for the 10 of us! Everything was provided from kitchen utensils to bathroom rags and towels. We loved taking walks through Elkhorn! Very peaceful and serene!

Beautiful location! The house was well equipped for our families! The only hard part was regulating the temperature between the 3 levels, with no air conditioning it certainly got hot on the 3rd level, but the cool night air did help!

We had an amazing stay at this home away from home. Fireplace was amazing. Views were breathtaking and hot tube was relaxing. Kids enjoyed the sleds! Only thing we had an issue with was a Small leak noted from fridge. Thanks for letting us enjoy your little piece of heaven!

Large, Comfortable Home with AMAZING Views!

This property is exactly as the listing describes! It was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. It was the perfect size for my family of four (all adults). The property manager called to welcome us, and was very responsive throughout the entire trip. The beds were SUPER comfortable and the view of Baldy was AMAZING. I could literally see skiers coming down the bowls from the dining room! The only negative was that the hot tub was not working while we were there, but the hot water heater for the property was awesome, so we just opted the take showers/baths. I would definitely recommend this property!

Great location with a few issues

This property is furnished well and spacious for a large group. It is a very short level walk to the Harker Center. Plenty of linens and the kitchen is well equipped and the dining table and counter stools accommodate many quests. Even a crib and a pack and play for little ones. Beds were comfortable. The private hot tub was fun but there needs to be instructions for using the chemicals to clean the water. After using it several days it got nasty. The carpets and upholstered furniture were quite dirty and could use some deep cleaning . Some of the liquid soap dispensers were empty ( especially not good during Covid) and not enough toilet paper on hand for 6 people. Before checking out on our last morning we had the unpleasant experience of having a mouse running around inside the house. I would stay again if some deep cleaning was done and the mouse issue was taken care of.

102 Dandelion was perfect for our long family stay. It's located close to everything you want to do, especially the Harker center. I highly recommend staying here.

Great space for 7 people. Separate living spaces offered plenty of room to spread out. Allowed pets, which was important to us. Lots of cooking appliances and plenty of room in the kitchen for multiple cooks. Hot tub on sight was great. Complex pool was closed for winter. Property management was amazing to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for family ski vacation

We had two families of 5, and it was a great amount of space for all of us. It was about 20 minutes to Mt Baldy. We would rent this place again.
