The property is close to Joshua Tree National Park. Patricia was a great host. Kitchen was great for cooking meals. Beds were comfy.

We stayed here on a trip to Joshua Tree and it was perfect. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. The property manager was *extremely* communicative and everything went off perfectly. I highly recommend!

Loved our stay at FPH! The home was very clean and set up so well. The patio is amazing to just sit outside and relax! The silence outside is incredible. The owners are a wealth of information. I can’t recommend this place enough!

It was a wonderful stay at this property. It was easy enough to access and provides wonderful stargazing opportunities with its isolation. The home was clean and the check in was smooth and easy. Overall a great experience!

We had a great stay at this home in Twenty Nine Palms. The home was clean and fully equipped with all the essential items. The owners were great to work with. If you value privacy then this is the place for you. The night sky is spectacular.

Lovely home in a convenient but private location. Electric cat charger meant we were prepared for driving wherever we needed each day. Homey and comfortable throughout our stay. Excellent and friendly communication meant we always felt supported and grounded. Would recommend highly.

Pretty desert retreat

This is a lovely, treed and peaceful place. Great place to get away from the noise and the traffic. Close to Joshua Tree National Park and the Mojave National Preserve.

An Oasis in the Desert!

We enjoyed our stay here & would stay here again. Spacious and comfortable. Away from it all feeling but close enough for a short drive to the grocery store, shops, restaurants, & sight seeing.

Peaceful desert getaway near Joshua Tree

We had a great stay at this property. The host was responsive & helpful. The home is very clean and comfortable and has everything you need for a peaceful desert getaway. We enjoyed the close proximity to Joshua Tree and beautiful sunrises & sunsets on the property.

For the stargazers

We had an incredible stay at this well-equipped home with great desert vibes! It was a perfect homebase for JTNP and these East coasters were so mesmerized by how many constellations we could see from the backyard!

Beautiful spot to unplug

This house was the perfect spot for us to experience the desert for the first time. We loved it. Communication was great and all of our questions and concerns were answered swiftly. We hope to be back someday.

Stay Near Joshua Tree

Real eclectic property. Little and Big funky things all around. Pretty chill quiet place! A little hard to find Only heard the coyotes in the distance at sunset which was special to experience. Sunrise and sunset were also special to see. Property has been updated . Would stay again

Desert Oasis

This home is nice and secluded! It has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen has nice apliances! We made dinners every night and enjoyed the kitchen. The sunrises over the mountains were breathtaking every morning. At night we star gazed and saw shooting stars. Its a perfect home to experience the desert peace!

Great place - Everything perfect

We enjoyed our stay in the main house. Had everything we needed very well stocked and appointed. Just a few minutes off the main road between Joshua Tree and 29 Palms but a world away in the peace of the desert. Park entrance 15 minutes and plenty of grocery stores and restaurant choices along the way. Very large property with plenty of space to wander and enjoy. Really appreciated all the effort that has been invested to make the place nice, comfortable and unique. Hope to return soon!

Enjoyable desert retreat

Lovely, fresh, and modern little house that is just the right size for three adults. Nice, "arty" decorations. Very quiet area. We were surprised by the steps between rooms inside the house, and had to remind ourselves of them so no one tripped. Not enough hot water for three successive showers, but the cold water felt good anyway. Well-supplied kitchen, and lovely outdoor spaces. Not as hard to find as the detailed directions might indicate. We really enjoyed our (short) time here.

Clean and quiet

The property is about 10-15 minutes north of 29 Palms and about the same distance from JTNP. The kitchen is very well-equipped (excellent appliances), and the house overall is clean and tastefully furnished. There are a total of 3 units on the property, and if all were occupied it would feel less secluded; none were while we were there. There is no tv, but the wifi service is excellent. There are a couple miles of dirt road to get to the property, but easily passable without 4 wheel drive. Very enjoyable!

Silence and star gazing

The property was exactly as described and pictured. I needed a couple days to just unplug and be quiet and the desert is really the perfect place for that. The night sky was lovely and the neighborhood was very quiet. There was no flying happening at the Marine base the days I was there which made it quiet both day and night. The electric car charger was a huge bonus as I did not need to go into town at all. Kitchen had everything I needed and I was able to pre-order farm fresh eggs which were there when I checked in. Patricia's communication was excellent. Than you!
