This stylish 3-bedroom home is designed for entertainment and comfort. The heart of the home is the dedicated game room, where you can unleash your competitive side.

I'm based in Manchester and I've been hosting for a while now — and honestly, I love it more with every stay.

For me, hosting has never been about just handing over a set of keys. It's about creating an experience that people genuinely remember. Every property I manage is staged the way I'd want to stay there myself — properly thought through, properly equipped, nothing left to chance. If I wouldn't be happy with it, guests won't be either.

What really drives me is the people. I've welcomed guests from all over the world, each with their own reason for visiting — celebrations, family trips, work stays, reunions — and taking the time to understand what someone actually needs from their stay, then making sure they get it, means everything to me. A message after checkout saying "that was exactly what we needed" is worth more than any five-star review.

Manchester is a brilliant city to host in — vibrant, welcoming, and full of reasons to visit. I'm proud to offer something a little different here: a property that doesn't just give you a place to sleep, but gives your trip a focal point.

The Game Zone sits in Eccles, M30 — and it's a location I genuinely think is one of the best-kept secrets for visiting Manchester.

The first thing to know is that you're right next to the M60 motorway, which makes getting around the whole of Greater Manchester effortless. Whether you're heading into the city, out towards the airport, or exploring further afield, you're never sitting in local traffic trying to find your way.

Manchester city centre is about 15 minutes away by car — close enough to enjoy everything the city has to offer, far enough that you come back to a quiet, residential area rather than the noise of the city centre at night.

The Trafford Centre, one of the UK's biggest retail and leisure destinations, is just a few minutes' drive. Whether that means a shopping trip, a cinema visit, or just a big group dinner somewhere easy, it's right on your doorstep.

Closer still is Monton village — a genuinely brilliant local strip that punches well above its weight. Independent bars, restaurants, and cafes line Monton Road, with spots like Blacksticks, Enoteca, and Playfoots drawing in people from across Salford and beyond. If you've heard it compared to Didsbury, that's not an exaggeration — it has that same independent, neighbourhood feel without the crowds.

Sports fans are also well placed here. AJ Bell Stadium is nearby for rugby fixtures, and Old Trafford — both the football ground and Emirates Old Trafford cricket ground — are a short drive away. If there's a match on during your stay, you're perfectly positioned.
