We welcome you to our spacious 1000 sq. ft. Guest house, a perfect getaway spot with free parking in front of your private entrance. Guests have said that our space is much bigger than they imagined or pictures show. Our one bedroom, one bath guest house is completely furnished with all the amenities of a cozy home.

Likely the nicest Guesthouse on the hillside available, we have many windows to enjoy our Tremendous Mountain View. Quiet Neighborhood and Easy access to Freeways 57 (5 miles), 60 (3 miles) and a variety of restaurants, shopping and Supermarkets within approximately 5 minutes away.

We are conveniently located between Los Angeles and Orange County, just minutes away from Downtown LA, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, and 7 miles from The Industry Hills Golf Club at Pacific Palms Resort, which is one of California's most noteworthy public golf courses, and a historical site.

A nice stay

This apartment is in a residential area and drivable distance to a great amount choice of food and markets. The apartment is clean and has everything we need. The host is responsive, check-in and check-out are easy and fast. Great value！

Best shower and location

Beautiful neighborhood, probably one of the top five showers I’ve ever had in my life, and a very comfortable bed. Also, lots of storage and a beautiful view of the mountains!

Nice little Nook!

Stayed here with my husband for a week, the property managers were great with communication and had a cute little pup! The place was the perfect size for us two, and the neighborhood was nice and friendly. Beautiful succulents the size of my hand are amazing! Would definitely stay again! ❤️

PERFECT

This small property was perfect for my son and I. The property was clean, convenient, and safe. Valerie was quick with responses to any needs, I couldn’t be more satisfied had we ended staying somewhere else. Loved the property and the beautiful decor of the home. Very comfortable and convenient for small families.

Great stay, great location

Great stay and location for exploring Anaheim and greater Los Angeles area. Overall a great experience but no sink in kitchen - this is in the bathroom so a little quirky. Until you don’t have a sink in the kitchen you don’t realise how much you need it. Also, limited kitchen wear - very few glasses and crockery etc. But very spacious property and huge fridge freezer. If we were in the area again, no doubt we would stay again. Overall very pleased and owners respect your privacy .

Fantastic- has everything you need!

Everything was great... the amazing rain shower, natural light, comfy bed (I was concerned it was too soft but slept amazing), fast responses from the hosts and the view!! I can't think of anything we needed in the very modern unit. It is located in the middle for our destinations...Disneyland and Hollywood/LA. If/when we come to the area again, just us, this will be our place to stay!!! Thank you!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this unit! The place was thoughtfully decorated, well stocked with essentials (and some extras I didn't expect!), and was very clean. The unit is in a very quiet neighborhood, and the bed was quite comfortable, which were my priorities when searching for a place to stay. The jetted tub was a luxurious bonus. The only hiccups were a minor delay in the check-in process, since the details to enter the unit were not sent prior to the check-in time, and noise from the connecting unit in the kitchen area. It was easy to hear talking and television noise, and it didn't seem like the occupants were aware of how much the sound carries, since it's just a double door which separates the units with a curtain. That considered, I would absolutely stay again, given all the positives this unit has to offer!

Immaculate!!

We chose this location because it was central to our work meetings and a weekend wedding. It couldn’t have worked better! The location was ideal, and we felt right at home. The housekeeping is top notch. The place is immaculate! The deep bathtub was an unexpected luxury, especially with the assortment of soaps and shampoos. The host was quick to respond to questions and also offered helpful advice to make sure we were comfortable. Great experience!! Recommend!!

My Best Experience Ever!

A Very quiet and peaceful environment with everything i needed to enjoy my stay. I recommend staying here over most 5 star rated hotels, I will be coming back to enjoy more time in the future. Overall the most delightful experience I have enjoyed by far!

Nice place to stay.

The guesthouse was nice, a little different set up but, nice and clean. The bathroom is great; large walk in shower, whirlpool bath, bidet and a modern washer and dryer. The bedroom has a large comfortable bed and office area to setup your laptop. It also has a large walk-in closet for your clothes. It is requested that shoes are taken off at the door and stored in the shoe closet inside. The view was very nice. The owners were always available to help us out if we had questions and also provided complementary tea, coffee and snacks in the kitchen with sweeteners and a hot water pot which is nice for people arriving late or with hungry children. The guesthouse is on a dead end street so there is hardly any traffic. If you park right in front of the guesthouse on the street, make sure you know how to park your car on a hill. Security cameras are located around the outside of the premises. My husband and I enjoyed our stay there. Thanks for letting us stay in your guesthouse!

Adorable, affordable and upgraded bed and bathroom are a plus

We loved the following about this rental: 1. Super comfy king bed with mountain view out windows 2. Deluxe bathroom - jacuzzi tub, huge waterfall shower, deluxe European Commode/Bidet, and washer/dryer next to bathroom to minimize how much we had to pack 3. Mini-kitchen but still allowed for cooking quick meals 4. Parking right at unit entrance 5. Lots of pillows and blankets as it did get cold but we didn't want to turn on the heat so nice to bundle up. Just a few things to be aware of when you stay: Door between living room area of the attached units are thin so you can here people talking through the shared locked door with the main unit. No issue with noise in the bedroom though as that is quiet but sleeping in the main room might be hard for a light sleeper. There is also a motion sensor light in the main room so again in anyone sleeps out there, just moving or coming out of the bedroom trips it on and blinds the person. Make sure you ask the owner how to turn that off at night if you have anyone sleep in the main room. Also states it sleeps four and it does but it's two in the king bed and there is a small futon like chair that a child could sleep in also in the bedroom. My kids are grown so we brought an air mattress as my son is grown and the small futon is only good for a smaller child not anyone over 5'0 tall. Owners are lovely and super responsive. We made changes, had to ask questions, and other things and they were 100% quick to respond and checked in with us frequently to be sure we were o.k.
