When attempting to check in we were told they had no rooms. Said there were no rooms clean. Mentioned a sister hotel but no information on what/where the hotel was or any further information given. Messaged host and got a lot of sorry this happened but so far no refund and keep getting emails as if we stayed when we were refused the room.

When arriving I was informed that they cancelled all reservations and I was left to find another hotel because I was not informed and obviously you still think I should have had a room. I also found out when looking at my bank account that I was double charged for the room. What kind of a fraud company are you? Will never book again through this company.

Absolutely horrible experience. I lost my finger tip in a malfunctioning door and now I cannot get in contact with any manager to discuss it. I am Canadian and a 6 hour drive away.
