This is the large one bedroom master villa.. The Owner price is 40% less than the direct from Marriott price. You get a full one bedroom master suite with a king bed and a living room with a queen size pull-out sofa. My two bedroom ad is 956492

Marriott Canyon Villas is a timeshare resort which shares the amenities of the JW Marriott at Desert Ridge. You get the timeshare family games and activities, and, you get the luxury amenities of a JW Marriott, like two championship golf courses, tennis, spa and the lazy river. They just added pickle ball and a new toddler pool.

The one bedroom master villa is perfect for a couple with a king size bed and a private balcony. The unit has a separate living room with a pull-out queen sofa for one or two children.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, microwave and coffee maker. . It comes fully equipped dinnerware and flatware for four. There is a dining table and chairs for eight. There is a washer/dryer in every villa. You can pack lighter and throw in a load to wash.

The Marriott Canyon Villas Resort has a large pool complex with waterfalls and shade. A hot-tub and lap pool are next to the main pool. There are activities for the whole family with kids club, salsa making, beer and BBQ night, tie-die. The games areas have bean toss, bocci, shuffleboard, foosball and ping pong.

You have access to the JW Marriott with two championship golf courses (Wildfire Faldo and Palmer) and a spa. The JW has bars, restaurants, more pools and a lazy river ( access may be restricted during peak weeks)
