Come & Enjoy this beautiful home. -Out of the cold of winter or humidity of the summer! Spend time in the warm sun of Arizona. We have our home ready for you for multiple months. Less than 30 day time frame requests will be considered. This is a great home that was updated in late 2017. All the comforts of home. Nice, clean, & accessible to any lifestyle.

Newly remodeled, private home in the Sun City Community of 55+ adults with no children under 19.

1900 sq ft - 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom . Aero beds for grandchildrens' visits!
En-suite Primary Bedroom with King memory foam bed & step-in shower. 2nd bedroom with Queen bed & bathroom (in hall) with tub/shower combo. Murphy bed in the third room & can be used for rec room great for TV watching or games & puzzles, could also be a dining room with seating for 6+.
Open Kitchen with two bar areas to eat at & table for 4. Home has an abundance of natural light with three skylights & open concept for entertaining.
Extra large laundry room & office area.
New beautiful patio for entertaining or just relaxing in the warm days or cool evenings. Covered & sun area, fully furnished with firepit, eating & lounging areas & outdoor TV & grill.
Stocked with linens, towels, small appliance, cooking & dining utensils, including a 30 bottle wine fridge. Wifi, internet, & utilities included.
Neighborhood area with 7 Recreations Centers, 8 Golf Courses, 6 Swimming Pools, 2 Bowling Centers, Fitness Centers, with purchase of activity pass.
A great place to call home in the sun away from the cold winters or high humidity summers of the East & Midwest.

Wonderful Winter

This is a fabulous property in a great location. It was very clean, nice, roomy, and bright. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the shower! The home is tastefully decorated and BEST of all was the communication with Cindy-she is amazing! The home was everything we hoped for it to be! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Place

This house was super great. Everything was convenient and clean and wonderful. We enjoyed having coffee on the patio early in the morning and watching the birds and rabbits. Everyone would so enjoy staying here. Cindy was wonderful to deal with. Loved our stay so much!!

Wonderful Stay!

Our stay here was our first "winter away" experience. This home was everything we hoped for! It was spacious, clean, and in a great location. We stayed for three months, and it felt like home on day one. Any questions we had were answered immediately. Cindy was great to work with. We hope to stay here again next time we "Snobird" in Sun City. Thank you Cindy & Paul!

Summertime vacation

I stayed here from mid-May through July of 2020 so that I could be near my daughter and son-in-law after they had their first baby. This was my experience: Pros • The house looked clean upon arrival. • The house has an open floor plan with many thoughtful amenities. • The master bed was comfortable. • The kitchen is well equipped and looks nice. • Cindy is a very pleasant person and responded quickly to my texts and emails. Cons • Upon arrival there were several crickets behind the fridge. • Upon arrival, there was no hot water in either shower. • There was a small water leak coming out from behind the refrigerator. Because of Covid I did not want any service techs inside the house so I wanted to avoid that if at all possible. A few days later, however, it turned into a major leak that flooded the kitchen floor so a service tech had to come inside to fix it. He replaced the plastic incoming water line with braided steel line which should fix that problem permanently. • The next door neighbor is a very lovely woman, but her little dog barks every morning at 6:30 am right outside the master bedroom. • The ac unit is on the roof right above the master bedroom which means it is loud when it turns on overnight. • The front door lock batteries failed which caused the security system to make random beeping noises. Again, I did not want service techs inside the house so I researched how to change those batteries myself. • The AC failed one night. It was very hot in the house overnight and through the next day, but was repaired by the end of the following day. • There were a couple of geckos in the house after we had extreme heat outside. • There was a giant cockroach on the bathroom counter right next to my toothbrush. Overall I really liked Cindy and appreciated that she would reply to my emails and texts when problems came up. With each issue she tried to resolve it and was quick to offer to send a service tech out to the house, however, because of Covid 19 I was the one who was extremely reluctant to have a stranger in the house. My daughter had just had a baby and I was worried about visiting him if I were potentially exposed to Covid. So while I appreciated Cindy trying to solve each problem as it happened, the fact that service techs had to come inside the house more than once while I was there was very stressful and inconvenient for me. Other than those issues it was a very comfortable house.

Happy with our choice

This house was exactly what we were looking for. It was comfortable, close enough to shopping, entertainment & the 101 yet still very much a neighborhood with friendly neighbors! The den provides a nice space to read, & watch TV. Communication with the owner/property manager was prompt and friendly. Our only issue was a burnt out LED light above kitchen eating area which made it a bit too dark.

Is a lovey home very clean

The masterbathroom sink needs be declogged with something like Draino to solve this problem, also oils use some better pillows other than that everything was perfect, and would highly recommend. Owner was delightful to work with
