complex situated in the center of the village, with convenient private parking just a few meters

At the heart of the property is an inner courtyard with a pool and a relaxation area, where guests
can cool off with a dip or relax in the sun on the poolside loungers. In addition, the property
offers the option to use beach umbrellas and lounge chairs at a beach club just a few kilometers
from the property. Guests can book this service on-site for €25 per day for one beach umbrella
and two lounge chairs.
The location of this vacation home is perfect for those seeking the tranquility of the countryside,
while still being just a short walk from the village center, where you’ll find excellent restaurants. At
the same time, the sea and the cities of Pesaro, Fano, as well as Urbino, Senigallia, and Riccione,
are easily accessible by car. Guests can also explore the beautiful surrounding hills, take walks
through the small villages, and discover local producers of wine, olive oil, truffles, and much more.
