Lower Court Byre is a lovely cottage near the village of Lingen, just five miles from Presteigne. The cottage sleeps five people and has one king-size double bedroom, one twin room with an additional single bed on request, a bathroom and a ground floor shower room. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with breakfast area, a sitting room with dining area and woodburning stove and a conservatory. Outside is off road parking for four cars and an enclosed patio together with large lawned gardens. Situated in the Herefordshire Hills, Lower Court Byre is a lovely family holiday cottage all year round. The ancient village of Lingen, mentioned in the Domesday Book, lies on wooded Herefordshire Hills in the Welsh Marches and is surrounded by beautiful unspoilt countryside. The historic small town of Presteigne, known as The Gateway to Mid Wales, is only 5 miles away and boasts the award-winning attraction 'The Judge's Lodging' as well as a range of pubs, restaurants and local shops. Presteigne is a local culture centre and plays host to art and music festivals throughout the year.
