The main level up the stairs has a living room with a reclining sectional & tv. The dining area has a table that seats 7 and there is additional seating in the kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, and comes fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, mixing bowls, coffee maker, toaster, griddle, waffle iron, George Foreman grill, crock pot, and bake ware. There are 3 bedrooms on the main level with brand new Restonic firm Queen Mattresses and Box springs: The master has a king bed and tv with full master bathroom attached. Bedroom 2 & 3 are large and set up the same with 2 queen beds with dressers in each. Main level bathroom has a tub shower combo and a double sink. The 24'x24' loft area could be used as a fourth bedroom and has a king size bed and 2 queen beds. (it has a tv that only runs a dvd/vcr combo with a small selection of videos available.) There are no bunk beds in this cabin. All rooms except kitchen and bathrooms have ceiling fans. Off the main level there are 2 decks. The deck off the kitchen is 14'x18' and the deck off the living room is 12'x18'. There is patio seating for 14 and 4 tables, plenty of room to enjoy outdoor eating. There is a charcoal grill available for use. Bonfire area available to enjoy evenings around the fire. There is lots of outdoor space for kids to run around in.

Located 1/2 mile from the public boat ramp (as seen in the pictures) and bike trails and 3/4 mile to the splash pad (as seen in the pictures). Arnolds park is a short 4 mile drive.
Located just outside of the city limits to enjoy the peacefulness of the country, but yet close enough to enjoy all the area attractions.
