2 Master suites have floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open up to two different oversized balconies. The Florida sunshine shines in onto a completelyĀ furnished dining area, spacious living room, and media room, with aĀ full kitchen and two master suites for up to 11 guests to enjoy. Features include an extended ceiling height, a full kitchen inclusive of an oven, and a large open spacious floor plan. Each of the 2Ā master bedroom suites has a king bed with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open up to its own large covered large balcony. Ā The master bathrooms each feature large showers and free-standing full size soaking tubs. The theater room may be used for entertainment or as a third bedroom with a Queen Bed. The third half-bathroom may beĀ utilized by the third bedroom and theĀ main areas.Ā The living room features 2 pull down double beds with full size 13" thick mattresses.Ā  With an added rollaway bed, the PPS has the highest single suite max occupancy of 11 persons.

Paradise for families

This is our second time staying in this spacious presidential penthouse suite for an extended 2 week vacation. We noticed it was even better than last year with upgrades to the televisions, extra towels bedding and anything you need. The Marriot Singer Island has been our choice for 4 years it has a perfect balance of things to do for kids, many options for food, excellent service, amazing beach etc.. This unit is worth the money as the two balconies on the very top offer incredible views. The kitchen and living space are very nice. We will be staying again next year. Also, the management team is very responsive. We actually had zero issues other than when we arrived it wasnā€™t obvious how to access the free WiFi or have the third bedroom bedding brought in. The management replied immediately and all of the info happens to be in a binder and on the back of the entry doors.

Amazing Views - Excellent First Class Service

Everything about the Presidential Penthouse is first class. I would give especially high marks to all the staff. The suite was incredibly large and comfortable, and and the food brought to us thorough room service is excellent. Housekeeping was always courteous and went out of their way to help. We already knew the location of this resort is in a prime spot with very difficult to match views as well as access to the beach. But if you want a level of service that is exceptional, this is the unit to stay in.

The jaw dropping beauty of the seaside setting of this magnificent penthouse is unparalleled. We are ecstatically happy romantic couples as well as business travelers. We took seaside strolls of great length to and from the resort daily. I thankfully booked this one of kind ocean view room, and the view was so spectacular that I almost did not leave my room to dine. The management of this unit prides itself on service and as a seasoned traveler, I found the all of the service in general, from valet to check out, absolutely 5 star. Travelers should know that the bar apparently attracts a lot of loud talking bar patrons, or it did on some of the evenings I was there, which detracted a bit from my dinner experience. Overall, this is a great experience, which I would guess would be the perfect wedding or honeymoon location.

The Absolute Best

Wonderful room, service, food and the most amazing staff. Nothing is too much trouble! The penthouse had everything you want in a vacation. Great food, great weather, great accommodations and most of all an outstanding staff that would do everything to make your stay pleasant, easy and relaxing. Vacation Paradise

We stayed in the presidential suite, located on the top floor and we couldn't have asked for more. The view was stunning and the large interior was clean, and very spacious. We were surprised to find a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen was fully equipped which we took advantage of. Housekeeping did a great job in keeping the sand out, and refreshing towels. The beach and ocean was amazing and the pool area was very clean and maintained as the rest of the property. The ocean water was calm, warm and clear. We rented beach chairs & umbrellas which was a nice treat. We had lunch several times at the out door tiki and found it very good. The cocktails were also very good. Breakfast at the main restaurant was also very good. The service at the beach was quality performed and friendly which made us feel very special. This resort is a great location, close to airport, and a really great spot on Singer Island. A grocery store was close by which was a life saver for us. We drove to the closest mall and several restaurants with no problems. The Spa in the resort was one of the best parts of our trip because I was in a constant state of relaxation. The penthouse we stayed in is by far the best room we have booked. I have already made plans to revisit in the near future.

Spacious Condo with Gorgeous Views

This was my families first stay in the Presidental Penthouse. The condo is spacious and perfect for a family especially with youngsters. We utilized the two bedrooms and the murphy bed in the media room. The condo is immaculate and the beds are comfortable. The floor to ceiling windows have amazing views of the ocean and inter coastal. Our questions and concerns were answered quickly and taken care of promptly. We look forward to our next trip back to Singer Island!

Absolutely Beautiful First Class Suite!

We love staying at the Resort. My husband and I have been going to this property for years. The Presidential Penthouse is an absolutely beautiful first class suite and the views are amazing. We took our kids on this trip and were shocked how kid friendly the staff was. The housekeeping staff really goes out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful stay. The amenities are great, the restaurants are delicious and the views are to die for. We love it!

We chose to stay here for our 20th wedding anniversary. We requested and were granted an early check in by management who was very accommodating. Our suite was extremely large with absolutely beautiful views of the ocean and intercostal. We were also accommodated with a late check out. It was hard to leave this beautiful resort and we hope to return again soon.

Best relaxation vacation ever

When we arrived at the resort was like stepping out of the car and into heaven. The staff greeted us, gave us a warm check in and then took our bags to our room. Throughout the entire stay the staff was courteous, pleasant and took care of our every need. This unit is much more spacious then we thought and beyond beautiful! If you want to simply relax and enjoy the the beach this is the place for you. My husband relaxed on our personal terrace while I relaxed at the beach. Room service set up meals on our balcony or you can go eat at the restaurant with a beach view. Every little detail was perfect and one of the best parts is the beaches were not crowded. We made a lot of new memories there and will definitely be back!

Superb

Very nice location that is not far from the airport. This suite sets the bar for luxury and service. It was spacious with impressive balcony views that we took full advantage of in the Florida winter climate. From the moment we arrived at the resort the staff graciously greeted us. From the bellmen to the concierge to the overall atmosphere, it was the best accommodation ever. Every restaurant recommended by the concierge was outstanding. We made special arrangements for housekeeping to come daily to pamper us. Everything about the resort was wonderful. We appreciated the attention we received more than anything else. The manager was so friendly and helpful. We just loved our stay.

Luxury and professionalism

Very happy with our stay at this penthouse suite which deserves an additional star...nicely designed for luxury living. From the moment we arrived we were in love with our surroundings. The hotel property is beautifully decorated and all your needs are catered for. Special thanks to Kathi and the concierge Frank for their professionalism. They were amazing and their service was impeccable! The unit was very spacious stylish, and clean. If you want to be wowed by a specialty room this is it! The overall hotel property was fun for the kids. Will definitely be back.

Worth the stay

The penthouse was larger than we imagined with breathtaking views. Great location and amazing staff. The food was great, amazing staff and nice beach views while we ate. Did not venture into the pool but from observation the pool area was nice with a waterslide attached. The attached 3800 restaurant is worth going to. The island is full of fun activities. We are coming back next winter for sure.

This was the best property in the building and was perfect for our get together and felt lucky to find a way to reserve it. The master suites were clean and comfortable, so amazing, and we had a wonderful nights sleep. We utilized the Queen bed in the theater for our extended family, along with an extra rollaway bed. Our rooms were very nice with beautiful views. The larger balcony had an amazing night view! Staff and management were extremely attentive to our needs. We all ate at the restaurant in the resort which was excellent for fine dining. The waitress was exceptional and the food was perfectly prepared. I enjoyed everything including the excellent wine selection. We left the Resort feeling relaxed and happy.

The penthouse was amazing, awesome panoramic view of the ocean and inter coastal. The service was great and the food was top notch. Location is perfect. Amazing experience and best views

We cannot say enough about this amazing penthouse. We went for our 10th wedding anniversary and it was worth the price! I have never had a more amazing experience at any hotel. Every detail was attended to by the manager with respect and enthusiasm. The food was great, we ate both in the restaurant at the resort and nearby. The concierge desk was extremely helpful and we just pushed the button on our phone whenever we needed help. The attention to detail, the kindness, all was well beyond expectation. The cost was not much more than a large two bedroom here at the hotel and we even paid extra to have daily housekeeping just like the hotel. The atmosphere and sophistication of our experience equals double a five star review - a ten star review!

The Presidential Penthouse Suite is expected to be superior, and service did not disappoint. All staff is friendly, responsive and pays attention to their guests. You are made to feel special and they want to please. The interior of the room and hotel is high quality and the suite was extremely spacious. The views from both master suites are breathtaking. The fitness areas and the amenities of the hotel are well equipped and spacious. Definitely recommend staying here.

No better place to stay

There is no better place to stay if your looking to have the best room in the entire hotel. Oh my god was it nice! It was basically a three bedroom luxury apartment with over the top views. The level of service was five stars and nothing was too much trouble for me. The beds were unbelievably comfortable the bathrooms and showers were very clean. The concierge was brilliant and helped us with everything we needed. The location of the building was perfectly placed on a beautiful beach. The Spa was luxurious and the treatments were divine. In summary we had the best time in the best room we have ever stayed in and will be returning.

We were welcomed by staff that treated us with great hospitality. Luxury is the word for this beautiful resort from lobby all the way to the suite, we especially loved the natural wood paneling in the elevators. From the moment we arrived at the front desk, we were treated extremely well, and we really loved the extra care everyone showed. The suite was the largest we have ever seen or stayed in with a very useful kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and spa every chance we could. We got away from it all and treated ourselves to a great place to relax, and the management was right on point to keep the unit clean and fully supplied with towels. The spa, and the whole resort, was attended to with great care. We were not refused a single request by management and felt like royalty. For this, we plan on returning for another visit. We love Palm Beach in general, and we now have a new spot to come to.
