Imagine your exciting getaway in a one bedroom condo villa in a gated village nestled with dozens of other two-story colorful villas surrounding a 5000-square-foot outdoor oasis swimming pool… now imagine this resort hidden on Florida's western-most island, Perdido Key, connected on the east by bridge to the city of Pensacola and to the west by bridge to Orange Beach, Alabama. Imagine being on an lush barrier island tempered by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico - waters which measure in the 80's in the summer and in the 50's in the winter (Fahrenheit). Stop imagining and start believing! You have discovered the "lost" paradise which is the Purple Parrot Island Resort on Perdido Key, Florida and this one bedroom lower-level condo deemed the “Southern Grace” has been decorated with a stylish motif throughout that you are sure to appreciate! The condo has been furnished with a queen bed, sleeper-sofa, well-equipped kitchen and screened-in front deck. This condo has been equipped with brand new smart TV's - a 55" in the living room and a 43" in the master bedroom. Come stay at the Purple Parrot Village Resort. This condo sleeps groups of up to 4 people including all adults and children. Certain parts of the year require a minimum number of nights to be booked online. If you are having difficulties booking your reservation, or do not find any available properties that meet your vacation criteria, please feel free to call our office and we will do our best to accommodate your vacationing needs. Excellent Stay!!!

Extremely clean unit! Checkin was very easy. The property is wonderful from the pools to the bar. Everything was great. Not one negative comment about this unit. Would definitely stay here again.

Perdido Key Vaca

We spent SB 2024 in Perdido Key and enjoyed our stay at the Purple Parrott and our condo 34. The condo was well maintained and furnished appropriately. Very clean and comfortable. We would recommend and would consider for any future trips to Perdido Key.

Great Anniversary Get-away

We booked Southern Grace for our 12th anniversary. Beautiful and recently renovated space...even better than the photos. Located in a simple amd relaxing resort, complete with Tiki bar and huge pool. Will be back. Book Southern Grace!

Super cute condo

This condo was a downstairs unit that was really adorably decorated and very clean , I didn't realize however how little insulation was between the upstairs and downstairs unit as we heard all the foot traffic above us all night . ( That made my husband want to leave the next day after not getting good rest ), but we tried to get used to that. There was no fitted sheet on the bed and management said they did not provide that which is a first for me as well as no laundry detergent ,coffee to start off with , little shampoos, trash bags ect. I did find a nice soft sheet set for the bed at Ross store for under $50 our second day there, so that was nice. The resort had a nice pool area but when I tried to work out in the exercise room it smelled like sewer all 3 days. It might be something they were working to fix. I can tell the owners of the condo itself took pride in it , it just was.a Shame that things were not provided that could make it so much nicer. We liked johnson public Beach and it wasn't far away and the historic forts were fun to visit.

Quaint and well decorated

This property is very well decorated, is well taken care of and was a perfect size for my wife and I. (My wife LOVED the bathroom flamingo wallpaper!!). We appreciated sitting on the screened in porch and having coffee and working a little on our computers. The kitchen is well appointed and modern. The unit definitely shows the love and pride the owners have for it! The location is great and central to the beaches as well as Pensacola. The resort grounds are very well kept and beautiful. Overall, very wonderful area and beautiful unit to stay in - anyone would certainly enjoy their stay here! The only thing we noticed, and this is outside the owners control and no knock on them and the unit itself, was the noise we heard from the unit above. Coming from a single family residential unit, we were not accustomed to the noise from above. We could hear every time the tenants upstairs walked throughout their apartment and every time they rolled their suitcases around on the floor. There was a small dog staying above us and we could hear from time to time that it didn’t enjoy when the jets from the Air Force Base flew by. This occurred when the occupants seemingly were not there, and left the dog behind by itself. Again, this was not a constant problem, but was noticeable to us in the mornings and evenings - but very well may not be noticeable for others. It may also have been specific to those that were staying above at the time.

Wonderful little beach house!

This was truly a great experience for anyone who wants an all inclusive stay with amenities on site. The beach is a 3 minute drive away, lots of people at this time but my 9 yr old son and I still enjoyed the beach. The resort is great. There is an amazing pool, with a tiki bar and a live band you can swim up and watch every night. The service was a bit slow, but I would def stay here again.

July 4th

We absolutely loved staying here. The pool was great and having the choice of indoor pool was great, but luckily we had great weather and didn't need it. The Johnson Seashore was only a couple minutes away by car and was definitely worth it for us. We enjoyed just cooking and eating at the property. Much more quite and relaxing area than some other beaches.

Excellent Stay, Very Pleased!

The unit we rented was exactly as described and pictured. Really would have a hard time finding fault with anything. The resort is clean and quiet with no traffic noise. Simple 3 minute drive to beach. Everyone was very friendly.
