🛋 A living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen, divided into two spaces, two sofas, two armchairs, a table, a flat-screen TV, and six comfy chairs.
🚿 A bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, bidet, and sink.
🚽 An additional bathroom with a toilet, sink, and washing machine.
🧑🍳 An open kitchen with a sink, fridge-freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, and Nespresso coffee maker. Don’t forget your old recipe book.

ℹ️ The duplex is located on the third floor with no elevator. The few flights of stairs are well worth it thanks to the spectacular views from the terrace.
