The converted coach house offers a fantastic large living room with table football, a second fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (two en suite), and a family bathroom. Next door, the cinema house is a real highlight, featuring a wide-screen cinema with galleried seating, an air-conditioned vaulted room, a high-ceilinged living room with countryside views, and two en suite bedrooms.

Larger supermarkets and a wider selection of shops can be found within 20–30 minutes in Villeneuve, Fumel, or Agen.
