3 Bedroom 2 bath luxury condo, 5 minutes from the medical corridor and downtown

Guests were nice, I enjoyed them, I would even condsider them again, I only have one recommendation, not to use kitchen towels and bathroom towels for heavy cleanup, it looked like boots or work related, it ruined 3 towels , which I will need to go out and replace, a suggestion would be to ask for shop towels I have plenty of them. We enjoyed their stay they were delightful they left the place clean we would love to have them come again.

Our guest was very cordial but scattered. She confused our prearranged phone #' s and emails, as a result, she showed up unannounced, hence, we had to cool down a large condo immediately, where we would have otherwise cooled it down early on(given the heat spell). Our guest was courteous and thankful in her compliments of our ability to get a washing machine repaired in a short amount of time- due to her overloading our brand new Speed Queen. We don't provide wine glasses as we have had guests put them in our dishwashers..only to have them break and ruin the machines. One does the best one can to accomodate medical emergencies as no one desires to endure them. I will say on closing, our guest needed several more days to allow her sister to recover. We took the time, more than once, to make it happen, in a tight window, and put her first ahead of our other concerns. This would be the unspoken base line for us as we try to serve the best we can given the circumstances with heartfelt understanding.

We find it interesting that these guests chose to voice their dissatisfaction in our house rules… when they agreed to them during booking and in conversations on the site that we had with them….. one was they wanted to have a least a 25 to 30 person gathering at our property …of which we do not allow events…. And we informed them of this…. They of course said they understood but argued that it was not an event…..at the same time that conversation occurred… they were again notified that they would need to sign in with a drivers license and a credit card… of which they said…Ok, thankyou… it’s not an event but thankyou….we also check all our properties in in person… we met their time frame for checkin… even though it changed several times… these guests were all over the board with requests and their checkin times…. They did leave the place clean.
