Sobre esta propriedade
A little slice of heaven!
Make no mistake, this location demonstrates natures pure & raw beauty. There are no white picket fences and perfectly manicured lawns here. It is rural, quiet, peaceful and absolutely wild. Although remote, the house is 1 hour from Galway city with plenty to see & do when you are not relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Then at the end of a relaxing day, admire clear skies and a picture perfect view of star systems.
Courtyard & garden You approach the house via a local road and pass by the front of the house with beautiful craftsman dry stone walls with built in raised flower bed and shed. The entrance is large and brings you to a courtyard and elevated garden with a panoramic view of the bay, island, mountains & countryside. The electric car charging port is to the rear of the house.
Ocean access At the Ocean is the original home to a family of 9 who relocated to the 'new house' in 1950's. The house and shed are now derelict. Beside the house we have built a viewing/BBQ area to enjoy the view. There is a gate to the Ocean which has a horse shoe dry wall to provide a safe place to enjoy at the waters edge.
