The kitchen includes a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, and toaster, while the sitting area offers Freeview TV with DVD player and WiFi. The bedroom comprises a king-size room, served by a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Heating and hot water are provided by the woodburning stove, with immersion and an electric radiator. Fuel, power, and wood for the stove are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. Outside, there is a fenced and gated white kitchen garden with patio, seating, umbrella, barbecue, and access to seasonal herbs and currants, as well as bike storage and off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Note: No children under 5 years old except babes in arms. Note: Owner’s chickens may occasionally enter the garden and eggs can be purchased from an honesty box. Note: Welsh welcome basket provided. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 150 GBP.

Watersports enthusiasts will be delighted by the two beaches, whilst walkers and bikers are spoilt for choice by the proximity of the beautiful Eryri National Park. Stroll along the beaches, watch porpoises playing in the surf, or relax in the various pubs, restaurants and tea rooms, sampling the famous Cadwalader’s ice cream. Further afield, attractions such as Portmeirion’s wonderful Italianate gardens, the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railway in Porthmadog, Harlech Castle, Caernarfon Castle and the beautiful beaches and renowned golf courses of the Llyn Peninsula are all within an easy drive.
