The accommodation includes one double bedroom, accessed via a wooden ladder with restricted head height, and a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. There is an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area, which includes a sofa bed and a double fold-out bed, along with a TV and WiFi.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric double oven, electric hob, microwave, and fridge with ice box. Electric central heating is provided. Fuel and power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent.
Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and a front decking area with outdoor furniture and a hot tub, enjoying countryside views. Four well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and beach are 0.6 miles away, with a pub 0.7 miles away.
