The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, a ground-floor king-size, a ground-floor twin, and a king-size. There is a ground-floor bathroom with a roll-top bath, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a cloakroom with basin and WC.
Gainsborough is reverse-level, with four ground-floor bedrooms consisting of a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, a twin with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, a king-size, and a double.
