Thank you very much. Most of the time we use the house ourselves, and therefore it will be a little more equiped than normal houses you can rent for vacation.

We are very sorry to hear that you did not like Calabria. We have - at least tried - to tell that Calabria is very different from the north of Italy. We have 2 very different periods, august and the rest of the year. In august many calabrians come home from the north to spent their holidays. That month you might see what you see in the north as a tourist, traffic queues, filled restaurants. The rest of the year it is quiet and relaxing, but still most restaurants are open. Soverato is full of people in the weekends most of year, but on weekdays it might be quiet. The animation from the hotel, yes we can hear that, and we agree that in periods with no neighbors it is annoying. We see it from the positive side, when we have neighbor close to us, the music helps to be able to conversate without hearing what is talked about from the other terraces, like in a restaurant. We buy most of our food on the market (Friday in Soverato and Monday in Badolato), they always sell fresh fruit, fresh fish, fresh meet. The non-food is mainly represented by local retailers, but also outlet-shops where you can buy last years design. In addition some illegally tries to sell copy of bags and sunglasses. All in all what you can expect of a market in Calabria.
