The house, created from the restoration of an ancient noble residence, has two apartments, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor, both offering a perfect balance between period charm and modernity.

This stately home, consisting of four apartments (two for guests, one for us, and one for the grandparents), has been tastefully renovated to welcome you to the tranquility of a quiet village. You will have access to a garden with a swimming pool and can enjoy fresh vegetables from the garden and juicy summer fruit from the orchard.



On the ground floor, the apartment reveals an authentic atmosphere: the large living area integrates the kitchen and living room into a single space, where the fireplace becomes the centerpiece of intimate evenings.



The bedroom, which opens directly onto the courtyard, offers immediate access to the outdoor spaces.
