LAKE ACCESS & GREAT VIEWS! MINUTES TO THE WHITE RIVER!! 3 BR/2BA, 1500 sq. ft.

The Good Life is a family friendly lake house that we want to share with you! With Bull Shoals Lake right outside your back deck it is accessible for fishing, hiking, relaxing, boating, and/or exploring. Our lake house has 3 BR, 2 BA, sun-room, and wrap around deck that gives ample space for that relaxation you crave. Or if it is excitement you want, head to the Marina which is a 5 min. drive to rent boats, jet skis, kayaks, or canoes! There is also a cave nearby to venture through! Come and enjoy!

The Good Life is located in a quiet setting and on the outer edge of town, on the lake. With the beautiful wraparound deck it's easy to enjoy the outdoors and the natural surroundings!

We are centrally located, minutes away from shopping and lake activity. You are ONLY 5 min. to the Bull Shoals/White River Dam and Visitor's Center, 5 min. to Harps Grocery, 5 min. to Bull Shoals Marina where you can rent a boat slip, 5 min. to Bull Shoals Caverns, and 5 min. to Dollar General. Also the Bull Shoals-White River State Park is about 10 min. away where you can fish for that trophy Trout in the famous and beautiful waters of the White River! Or drive about 45 minutes south and tube or kayak float down the Buffalo River...you won't regret it!

Also, only a 1 min. drive away is Brown's Beach where there is a nice swim hole, boat launch, park, pavilion, and bathrooms available to the public. The perfect area for a day of swimming, fishing, and picnicking!

There is even a Drive-In Theater a little over an hour away. Kenda Drive-In, Marshall, AR.

All the TVs are smart TVs. Two of them are Fire TVs so you will need to have an Amazon account in order to use them. Netflix, Hulu, HBO and many more apps are available for use with your own accounts. We do have an antenna in the Living Room for local channels as well. Please don't forget to log out upon leaving! Thank you.

Bull Shoals Lake is protected by the Army Corp of Engineers and is kept in near pristine condition. Please make sure to pick up your trash when enjoying the lake life to keep the area clean and enjoyable for the next person. Thank you.

Perfect vacation home in quiet location.

The house had everything needed for vacation home at Bull Shoals. Offered plenty of space with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large parking area for those with boats. In a very quiet neighborhood.

Excellent Getaway!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, towels provided and we had everything we needed. The view was amazing! We used the fire pit, we played games and had an amazing time with family! We will be going back!

Great escape on the lake

This house was just right for our family. Felt like home and had everything we needed and more. Close to marinas and food/groceries. Beds were comfy and back deck was favorite place to wake up and wind down each evening. Only complaint is we didn’t stay longer.

. Cabin was everything we expected. Great location.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location on a very private road and nice view of the lake. We were traveling on cycles and had plenty of room for parking off street. There were 5 in our group and had plenty of room. Would recommend to family and friends. Thanks for sharing your cabin with us!

The rental had a great layout for families and the lake is great for boating and swimming. Super convenient location to also white river for excellent trout fishing . My 16 yr old was planning his next visit while we were there .

Great location, great time! Perfect for our family

We rented boats from two marinas during our week's stay. This location was a perfect location to quickly and easily get to both marinas. The house was clean and very suitable for our needs. We had no issues. We would recommend staying at this rental and will look it up again next year.

Great Property!

This cabin was perfect for our small group. The cleanliness exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the back deck and being so close to the lake. We used the fire pit one night to roast marshmallows. The neighborhood was very quiet and a short distance from our fishing excursions on the White River. I would highly recommend this cabin and look forward to coming back!

We are just a laid back couple who came upon the Bull Shoals/White River and fell in love with area! We enjoy taking family vacations and know how important it is to you as well to stay in a comfortable, clean, and fun setting! So, we purchased this to use for our family and to share with you as well!

Oh my, this property is incredible! Being on Bull Shoals Lake is like being in heaven...The water is so clear, warm, and inviting. Being here brings out the kid in you, reminding you how much fun can be had!

We also love Trout fishing, and the White River is a short 5-10 minute drive from the house. So to get the best of both worlds this property allows us to enjoy the river and lake life!

We also wanted to be located near grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. So while The Good Life seems far from everything we are 5 minutes away from all the conveniences that we still need!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We chose The Good Life because it felt good, the smell of nature, the lake, and the open sky at night. The quietness that is not available in the city life. You know when you visit somewhere and it just feels right? This is that place.

With the wraparound deck, the access to the lake, the swim hole a short 1 minute drive away, the White River a few minutes away, the Bull Shoals Caverns, fishing, swimming, boating, kayaking, jet skiing, hiking, I could go on and on...This IS the perfect spot to enjoy with your friends and family. And we just know that you fall in love with it as much as we did!
