Modern and spacious holiday home from 2023, located in the attractive area of Marielyst Strandpark approx. 1300 m from one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly sandy beaches and not far from Marielyst city center, where there are shopping and shopping opportunities and restaurants. The cozy living room is combined with a modernly furnished kitchen, where there is a coffee machine, ice cube machine, fruit press, induction stove, separate oven and fridge-freezer as well as a dishwasher. In the living room there is a smart TV and wireless internet throughout the cottage. There is a playstation 3 set up in the house, while there is also electronic darts in the living room. The house is heated with energy-friendly air-to-water heat pump and air-to-air heat pump There are two bedrooms - both with a double bed. The house has two lofts with double beds on each loft. There are two bathrooms in the house with toilet, sink and shower. In the entrance hall there is also a washing machine and dryer. The house is located on a 370 m² plot. Large terrace with garden furniture, parasol and sun loungers as well as gas grill and some garden toys, so there is room to relax and have fun with the family on the good summer evenings. Close to the house there is a large common area for free use. Here you can play football and other ball games. The house is close to bowling, golf course, welcome center, Put & Take Lake and close to shopping and the center. Not rented out to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
