Appartement Pacini is a stunning apartment, recently fully updated, with secure private parking. It sleeps up to four people and is situated on the ground floor of the exceptionally well-appointed Residence du Lavendin in Mandelieu la Napoule. The residence is surrounded by beautifully cultivated gardens with a large, heated swimming pool (20 metres long and 60cm to 2m80 deep) which is available every day between 08h30 and 21h from 15 June until 15 October. The residence is ideally situated just 1km from the beach - an easy 10-15 minute walk. For those who love golf there are two golf courses at Mandelieu: the Old Course Golf and Le Golfe de Barbossi both at about 1km distance from the apartment. A large Auchan supermarket is a mere 800 metres away.
The apartment, which has recently been fully reburbished to a very high standard is equipped with everything (and more) a holiday-maker could need. It is 50m2 in total with a 21m2 salon/salle à manger, a 6m2 kitchen and a 10m2 bedroom. It is fully equipped including dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning. The buzzing centre of Mandelieu la Napoule is a short 15 minute walk from the apartment. Here there is a wide choice of restaurants and bars. In the summer there are many activities on the streets with an evening market every Tuesday and a weekly Provençale market. The free Palmbus which runs every 10 minutes takes you to any of the beaches avoiding the necessity to use the car. The apartment has a dedicated parking space ensuring that our guests are never inconvenienced.
