Ideal for couples or solo travellers, this space has been optimised to ensure a functional and relaxing stay. The room is equipped with a double bed and television, creating the perfect environment to rest after a long day of sightseeing, and is filled with pleasant natural light.

For your convenience, the room includes a small area to support light meals. Although it does not have a full kitchen, the space features a mini-fridge, microwave and electric kettle — practical and ideal for helping you prepare quick snacks before heading out to explore. The entire area is bathed in natural light from early morning (even with the curtains closed, so it is not recommended for guests with high sensitivity to sunlight).

The bathroom is fully equipped with all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Access to the room is via stairs and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

Located in the absolute heart of Porto, this accommodation offers you the unique opportunity to stay in one of the most iconic, coveted and photographed areas of the city. The energy of this neighbourhood is incredibly contagious and full of history, blending the unmistakable charm of ancient alleyways with a cosmopolitan atmosphere. Step outside and you'll be just a few steps from the city's landmark: the imposing Torre dos Clérigos. The surrounding area is a true labyrinth of discoveries, lined with artisan shops, traditional commerce and welcoming cafés. When night falls, the famous "Galerias de Paris" area — the main epicentre of Porto's nightlife — is just around the corner.

Staying in this location means that the majestic Historic Centre of Porto (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) is literally your backyard. You won't need public transport to explore the city's greatest wonders, as everything is within a short and scenic walk. Within a few metres, you can marvel at the architecture of the world-famous Livraria Lello, relax in the leafy Jardins da Cordoaria, admire the stunning azulejos of São Bento Station, or stroll down to the picturesque Ribeira, where you can savour local cuisine with a panoramic view of the Douro River and the Dom Luís I Bridge.

Beyond being the perfect base to live and breathe the "Invicta" city on foot, this location is absolutely strategic for exploring the greatest gems of Northern Portugal. With São Bento Train Station less than 5 minutes away on foot, planning unforgettable day trips is exceptionally convenient. On a picturesque and relaxing train journey, you can travel upriver towards the terraced landscapes of the majestic Douro Valley (the world's oldest demarcated wine region), or head to other fascinating and historically significant cities such as Braga (known for its Roman and religious heritage), Guimarães (the ancient birthplace of Portugal), or the romantic city of Aveiro (nicknamed the "Portuguese Venice" for its beautiful canals and moliceiro boats).

The property is located in the heart of Porto, in a privileged area with excellent public transport links and within walking distance of the city's main attractions.

By metro, São Bento station is just a few minutes' walk away, with direct connections to the entire Porto network, including Trindade, Boavista and Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport.

By bus, STCP operates several lines in the area with broad coverage across all parts of the city.

Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport is approximately 15 to 20 minutes by car, or around 30 minutes by metro. Taxis, Uber and Bolt are readily available in the area.

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the room (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with an included limit of €80.

For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish soap and bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
