In addition to the main building, there is a separate guest cottage with a bedroom and a wood-fired sauna that is perfect for warming up in the evening. On the property, you will find several seating areas to choose from – afternoon coffee is usually enjoyed under the oak tree. A large fire pit invites you to enjoy barbecue evenings over an open fire.



The garden has been newly landscaped with colors and styles that complement the house. The plantings are constantly evolving, and the choice of plants has been carefully selected to suit the conditions of the site. There is plenty of space here for both activity and relaxation.



Grebbestad and Fjällbacka are nearby, with cafés, restaurants, and summer life. Beautiful walking trails start right from the property, and sea and lake bathing spots are easily accessible by car. Explore the Veddö nature reserve or the Tjurpannan cliffs, take the ferry to the Koster Islands from Strömstad, or visit the World Heritage Museum and the rock carving sites. Nordens Ark is perfect for a day trip.
