This newly updated and decorated home provides a perfect retreat for enjoying historic Aiken, as well as the Augusta National. Located 19.5 miles from the front gate of Magnolia Lane and only three miles from great restaurants and shopping in historic downtown Aiken, SC. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood far from the noise and traffic of Washington Road and one mile from historic Aiken Golf Club.

The main level features a fully stocked kitchen with island bar, living room with 60' TV and adjoining sitting room, dining room with fireplace and seating for twelve, three bedrooms (including Master) and two full baths. Lower level features a den with 52' TV, a kitchenette, one bedroom w/queen, and 5th Bedroom w/Queen and double bed, plus a full bath.

A large screen porch with a 42' TV and outdoor fire pit offer great gathering spaces.

The newly decorated bedrooms include two kings, two queens, two full, and one twin. Perfect for a large corporate group, family reunions, or friends looking for a great place to stay during the Masters.

Lovely house great neighborhood close to everything

Hosts went above and beyond to make our stay extremely comfortable. Huge house with lots of convenient bedrooms; the basement is a huge plus. What a wonderful stay!

Masters / Golf Trip was a big success

The house was perfect for our 2025 masters / golf trip. The house is super clean, well stocked, and in a great neighborhood. Phillip and Terry are the best hosts - very communicative, helpful, and extremely nice. Will hopefully be staying here again soon!

Masters Week

We had an amazing time and the property was perfect to spend the evening resting up before we walked around Augusta National. Philip and Terry were exceptionally proactive and helpful throughout the entire process.

Perfect stay for the Masters

This was a perfect place to stay with a great host. Communication with the host was fantastic. The home was setup with the right space for our 4 adults. The location is a bit further than we thought from Augusta national, but that was no big deal. It was well worth it.

We come to Aiken once a year for an event and this was our second year in a row staying at this beautiful property. We will never stay anywhere else (if we can help it)! You could not ask for better hosts than Phillip and Terry. From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect, VERY clean and the neighborhood/location is great. Love the personalized touches of fresh flowers and chocolates in the bedrooms. Thanks again for a terrific experience!

Master's stay

As soon as I walked into this home it felt like a home full of love and acceptance. I loved the special and thoughtful touches such as fresh flowers, chocolates and snacks, drinks in the refrigerator, and wood to have our own bonfire. This home is very accommodating, comfortable, and clean. My only very small concern was the one AC unit that controlled both upstairs and downstairs; upstairs was a comfortable temperature but downstairs was cold (but that is coming from a Florida girl who is sensitive to cold :) Overall we loved the home and spent most of our casual time on their screened-in patio overlooking their serene back-yard. Thanks so much for a very memorable time with our loved ones!

Family Thanksgiving

Perfect property for a family reunion and Thanksgiving celebration. Our group consisted of 3 couples and 2 children (7 &9). Hosts graciously agreed to let us host Thanksgiving dinner that included our local family (14 total for dinner). Everyone enjoyed the roomy dining room for 12. The kids chose the adjoining screen porch with table for four and tv as their dining space. The porch swing was a real hit with everyone. Bedrooms accommodated everyone comfortably. Two adjoining sitting areas provided option to sit together to watch television, or converse quietly without the distraction of the tv. S’more materials were graciously provided for a nightly ritual around the backyard fire pit. Could not have been a more perfect spot for our family to reconnect and celebrate!

ULTIMATE VRBO RESORT EXPERIENCE

Hosts with the MOST!!! From check in to check out, this place and the owners were second to none. Beautiful large home in a great neighborhood with plenty of room for everyone. We came down with a big group for the weekend and it accommodated us perfectly. So many personalized touches... fresh flowers and candies in every bedroom, stocked fridge, our organization's logo printed out on the front of the welcome binder... we even accidentally left behind a pair of sunglasses and 2 hats, which they generously mailed to us the next day free of charge. Southern hospitality at its finest. Phillip and Terry have got it going on! 11/10 HIGHLY reccommend... you will not be disappointed!!
