It is important to note that the owner does not accept bookings from groups, and the neighbourhood is described as highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and respectful behaviour are therefore expected from all guests at all times during their stay.

On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room complete with an open-hearth fireplace and television, with direct access to the patio. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and adjacent to this living space. This floor also includes a separate WC, a hydro-massage corner bath, and a sauna. 1 bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length.

On the upper floor, the sleeping accommodation is distributed across 3 additional rooms. The first room features 1 double bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to the balcony. The second room offers 1 double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with balcony access.
